I wish I would’ve found a review like this before working with this company. In May 2024, I paid $4,000 for their brand strategy option. It is now nearly September 2025, and I still haven’t received everything promised. The reason given is that they keep hiring and firing new employees, but that isn’t my responsibility as a client.
The communication has been extremely poor — at one point, I went a full month without hearing anything, only to be told that the phone had just been fixed. While things started off okay, the overall service has been highly disappointing.
I asked for a partial refund (even just half, given the project remains incomplete), but this was refused.
In my personal opinion, I would be very cautious about working with this company.
