IgoMogul Con-men, Fraudulent claims, and liars.. Totally mislead "coereced" Pushy..... Mean... Rude... Phoenix Arizona

Igomogul called me and said that they were wanting people to write for them and that there were many individuals that made extra money doing this. I was not interested at first because I knew that I wasn't skilled enough in this field. However, I did say that I could type and that one day I thought about doing my own website since I had been purchasing domain names for about a year now. She then said that they would train me to write for them and get paid for it. I already have a full time job and a household but she kept on telling me how I could bring in extra money with little effort. One or two articles a week. I was misled to think that they would train me one on one and finally agreed to give her my credit card information. Then N... the women said to me that she would refer me to J..... the manager over web designs to talk with me about my domain names. After he took me through their site and they have a youtube video showing the insane amount of money that people are getting for their domain names he said that they would create a premium website for me to give exposure to my domain name and that they would have up to 75 bloggers write about it and that it would probably get a six figure $ amount for it. Then he emailed me a SOW, and had me fax it back immediately so he could start the work. I did. That was a Friday, the 26th of February 2009. I then tried to call him all weekend to let him know that I was not comfortable with this. He never returned my calls until Monday and then he reassure me that everything was fine and that he thought maybe I would get even more for my domain name than he had originally thought. So, I trusted him. He said that they were a Christian based company. After seeing the website, I was so disappointed in the generic look that I called and complained, a small red sales tag with plain color page. So cheap looking. They then added a @sign to it with a wad of $20.00. Still no color. They then wanted me to come up with subtitles for articles to write on the website that they were suppose to be doing for me. I did. I saved all the emails to prove what I'm saying to be fact. I sent in the subtitles.
Then they were going to give me training, right. They had A..... a coworker, take to to Google Ad words and walk me through it. It was free to anyone, not just Igomogul, I later found out. Then there was writezilla. She took me through signing up for writezilla and I was signed up to write an article. I had two days to do this in. No training. Nothing. I sent it in and waited for a response. Only thing that I got was I needed to correct it and send it back. I said if I knew what to correct I would have done it right the first time. I thought you were going to coach me through this. Lied again...I received NO training..They then charged my card yet another time and daily hounded me to send in another SOW. They said if I wanted more training that I needed to send in that SOW now! I refused. They lied to me enough and I wanted nothing to do with them.
I tried to deal with them only to receive forceful confrontations with them. The last time I called I told them that I was recording the call, and I did. I said that I didn't want to have any thing to do with them or their company and I would like have a charge back onto my credit card account. They refused and said that they don't do refunds. I had to contact my credit card company and I got one charge taken off, however they still owe me for two others, totaling over $3,000.00.
The last letter that I received from J.... was so rude and nasty, it was full of false accusations about my lifestyle because asked him how he slept at night and reminded him that he said that they were a Christian company and I don't think that he was bringing honor to God nor himself treating people in such a fashion, giving him some scriptures references. I see you are still twisting scriputers around. You must be a very confused person. Once you see that all that paperwork you signed obligates you I think you will understand you are still a client! You think you can dispute charges that you agreed to and signed a contract for....I dont think so. We have already spoken to your credit card company and they are going to close these disputes and YOU LOOSE! Its obvious you have probably done this before with other companies. I will pray for you! Trust me I will! Diane I can tell your not a very educated person and probably a "trailer park" type person....thats ok cause in god eyes you are special! But please stop with the stupidity and understand your not going to get away with doing a chargeback on Igomogul.com. We have run into clients like you before and you will soon see that we prepare for your kind!
