Advice: people need to search for both DiamondCreek Candles and Diamond Creek candles. There are reports filed under both.

First I would like to say I am in total shock that something has not been put up before on this company. I found out about this website only after I left a few weeks ago.

My experiences--Customer Service is a joke. The show is ran by 2 people, the owner and her boyfriend, husband whoever. The owner which is Jodie never gets involved with the reps. The boyfriend Ken is the one that will eventually respond to your emails if your lucky. I was debating whether Jodie even exists and that Ken was responding on the board every little bit. Put it this way their private board has been in existence for 2 years I believe and Jodie may have 20 posts on there if that.

I am now with a real candle company and I can see invoices, we have real training that is not supplied by DiamondCreek Candles. This candle company is large but we still get to speak with the owners if we need to on the training calls. DCC has been in business longer than the one I am with and all I feel they care about is having people work hard for them and them taking all the money and turning around and giving you just a small commission. I was there and worked my tail off for 8 months and my largest commission check was around $20. I put way more into it than ever got out of it.

When I did have to email Ken with a problem he got snappy with me and told me to go to my upline which was never available. I was on my own. One of my downline emailed him and he snapped and her and I lost her and then he was really rude to the one that was working hard under me and I lost her. Is this really the way to run a business? Bring people in and run them out because you consistently have a bad day? I guess it would be hard running the whole show but why can't they pay one or two more to help so that the customer service be bettered? I agree with the others also that this may be happening because there is something hidden somewhere. I will never go with another company that doesn't allow me to see my own money I am making. Lesson learned for me.

My bottom Line: Research legitimate candle companies and ask a lot of questions. Any company that hides your very own receipts and don't want you to talk to your own downline by providing their info is a scam. There are reputable candles companies out there- Gold Canyone, Mia Bella, Island Candle Company, and I believe Yankee has reps now.
