I have used WebSpace Solutions to host my website for over a year. The website was a partnership with me and another individual, who lost interest in the site and left it solely in my possession. I asked Nick Twaddell, apparently the Owner/Salesperson/Technical Support/Janitor/Ect. of webspacesolutions dozens of times over 2 months to fix problems with both the hosting service and the site registration info. Rarely did I get a response, and when I did, the problems were not corrected. I have tried giving him the benefit of the doubt as the sole employee of this "company" that hes just been busy and would attend to the problems eventually, but to no avail. I feel I am without further options other then to file this report, and possibly seek to handle matters in any other ways possible. The contact number on the site does not work, and he does not always return emails. Im not sure where else to turn to now. I am more then happy to withdraw my report if fixed.
