4771111My complaint is almost identical to the complaint filed on June 29, 2005, by "S" of Raliegh, N.C. Only the dates and amount of rip-off are different. My order was for $175 for various natural supplements for an immune deficient cat that was DEPENDING on these immune supplements. Even the LIE about the damaged first shipment is IDENTICAL.

Since I believe it is imperative to put a stop to these people immediately, I am posting all the information I found in my investigations of this company, in less than 1 hour. So...to all you BBB agencies, and so called consumer advocates who have done nothing...SHAME ON YOU! Here is the info below, including the State of California Corporate filings. SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN for CA State info.

I did a quick search of the internet as I work in the legal investigative field and found the following info:

The company CEO is an alleged Veterinarian by the name of Mandeep Ghumman, who is based in Hayward, CA. I even found an article about him "saving a $million in shipping charges by partnering with USPS.

I also found several other aliases or "mirror" websites. Another intersting thing is that I could NOT order online from any of them. So I had to call and order over the phone. I find THAT really odd, especially in this day and age of identity theft and terrorism fronts for money laundering.

At this point, this company has ZERO credibility with me and should be viewed as not trustworthy to do business with. ANY COMPANY that conjures up lies about shipments for products to help animals, should be criminally prosecuted and drummed out of business in this country.

I will be contacting the appropriate State Attys General and the Federal authorities regarding the highly suspect activities of this company. I would encourage anyone who has had similar problems to do so as well.

I would also encourage a complaint to be filed with Network Solutions, the domain registrant of ALL the aliases.

THE FOLLOWING EMAIL IS A COPY OF THE EMAIL I AM SENDING to the company regarding my complaint. I started it BEFORE I found this site and the compaint almost identical to mine, which absolutely verifies, in my mind, that this company does this as a "practice" not as an isolated mistake. That is verified by the numerous BBB complaints referred to in the complaint by "S" from Raliegh, N.C.

TO: SALES@ENTIRELYPETS.COM:

I just received notification that my order was just shipped on July 11, 2005. (See email from EntirelyPets.com BELOW) THIS IS THE FIRST EMAIL NOTIFICATION that I have received of an order actually shipping with a tracking number.

This is ENTIRELY unacceptable. I called on Friday, July 8th, and spoke to Elysia, who told me the products (I ordered with Adrienne on July 1st) had ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED on THURSDAY, July 7th, INSTEAD OF JULY 1ST, when they were SUPPOSED TO SHIP (because they were ALLEGEDLY back-ordered on the ComalQ10) and I was told I would be receiving the entire order in 2-3 days. I told Elysia that they SHOULD HAVE called me and asked me if I wanted them to hold the rest of the order for the back-ordered product, because I would have told them to ship what was in stock.

I ORIGINALLY ordered the products on July 1st, 2005 and it was originally supposed to ship out 1 day Fed Ex Overnight. That too was screwed up, because my request that they check with the SHIPPER to see IF the order could be shipped overnight and delivered on Saturday, WAS NOT HONORED as promised. Nobody contacted me/called me back as promised, so I could DECIDE on an alternative shipping manner. Instead I was billed the $20 for overnight shipping. I was also told by Adrienne, that she had checked with the warehouse and it would be no problem to prepare the order for shipment because ALL PRODUCTS WERE IN STOCK and that it would ship from N. Cal and I am in S. Cal.

I cannot believe the absolute incompetence of this company. To take 11 days to get a shipment out WITHOUT contacting the customer and letting them know it wasn't shipping, AND THEN LYING and saying the order shipped WHEN IT CLEARLY HAD NOT SHIPPED, according to the email below. (The story is now, that FED EX damaged the package and then returned it to EntirelyPets, per Elysia, by telephone 7/12/05 8:50 A.M. PDT. I can assure you I will check with FedEx to see if they shipped a package on July 7th or 8th to my address from your company, because I do NOT believe the stories, SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.)

I have a sick cat that needed these things 10 days ago!!!! You advertise you have VETS available to ask questions, yet in the 3 times I have called to ask questions, the VETS have never been available. Your customer service line never has anyone available, but your sales line always does. I have left messages and sent emails AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Had I known this would take this long, I would have gone elsewhere.

I will be seeking to find products elsewhere, and I WILL be returning these products, because I cannot trust the welfare of my animals with a company that does business this way. You spend all your money on advertising and have MIRROR websites...you ought to try spending it on people who know how to treat their customers responsibly.

UPDATE: 7/12/2005, 9:55 A.M. PDT: After seaching the internet and finding an almost identical complaint and LIE about a "damaged first shipment", I have decided to contact the managing attorney of a very large multi-national law firm, headquartered in Nebraska. The managing partner happens to be a very good friend of mine and grew up in Nebraska. She has an office in CA, as well. I have also searched the internet and found all the aliases this company does business under as well as found the name and address of its CEO, Dr. Mandeep (Manny) Ghumann of Hayward, CA.

My experience in the legal field tells me this is very likely the "norm" in the way your company does business. These habits and customs are about to stop. After reading the almost identical complaint filed with the BBB and posted online, I have decided to also contact the State Attorneys General of CA, NE, IA, etc., as well as contact Federal Authorities to investigate this company, which I believe is a front for something more sinister. You have placed animals lives in jeopardy with your fraud and false promise of delivery, in addition to billing people's credit cards for goods not delivered as promised.

The United States Supreme Court states that, "Fraud requires, in part, that an injured party be induced to rely on misleading statements to his detriment."

I, relied on the false and misleading statements of your company that my order WOULD SHIP IMMEDIATELY, DID SHIP and THAT ALL PRODUCTS WERE AVAILABLE when I ordered them on July 1, 2005. You immediately charged my credit card for the expedited overnight shipping as well as for the FULL PRICE OF THE ORDER. (I have never had a business charge my credit card for an order that was not already packaged for shipping.) Had misleading statements NOT been made to me, by representatives of HealthyPets.com, et al., along with your advertising on your web page(s) as to how long certain shipping modes normally take, and the fact that all products were IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING, along with BOLD FACED LIES as to "a damaged first shipment from FedEx, which had to be returned to HealthyPets.com", I would NEVER have authorized credit card payments, nor done business with your company at all. I MADE IT CLEAR FROM THE VERY START OF MY ORDERING PROCESS THAT I NEEDED THE PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY FOR A SICK CAT. You people should NOT be allowed to continue with your fraudulent tactics in this State or this Country any further.

Hi, this positive comment is likely filed by an associate of this company. They have many lawsuits against them, they don't ship product, and in addition, I've seen at least ONE comparison where something I buy at the store (type of cat food) is TWELVE dollars MORE on this site. This is run by scammers, a husband/wife verterinarian team who likely have no warehouse or distribution. STAY AWAY from this site, their claims are untrue. I use another service, which I won't mention because I'm not looking to advertise, but would NEVER order from this site.Taking advantage of people who are attempting to keep their pets healthy and active should be a felony (IMO).

I've been buying from EntirelyPets.com since 1999. My Labrador is on Joint max and a few other supplements. A couple times I had to wait on hold for a few minutes which was bit irritating but their delivery time and shipping prices are awesome. My last order was on July 2, 2005 during the long holiday weekend. I got the order on Tuesday July 5 and I only paid for ground! I was really amazed

I'll be a customer for years to come.

I too have been misled by false statments from this company. I ordered a pet carrier for a trip and paid for 2-3 day shipping service. That service was not used at all and took over a week to get to me. I had to go buy a carrier from a local store to use for my trip and returned the one to healthypets. They have after TWO MONTHS not refunded my money.

They don't answer emails. They lie to me on the phone. For example. I called two weeks after my tracking number told me they recieved my package. The girl on the phone told me that they had just revceived it THAT DAY! Lie!!

I have been told 3 times now that they were refunding my money. Lies! Search for "ripoff healthypets" or any of there other various names and find more complaints. It's not just a few. Do you wonder why they have so many names???? They aren't doing honest business and they are trying to hide.

Don't buy from these people. They are dishonest about their shipping for one .. I've seen this trend in several emails. They often are dishonest on credit charges or refunds in my case!
