Acai Berry Detox - Colon Cleanse - Life Cleanse Charged credit card for unauthorized product Life Cleanse and hide 14-day trial information on Acai Berry Detox and Colon Cleanse which would have charged $79.95 each. Hollywood, Florida

I would like to warn internet users about the company that sells Acai Berry Detox and Colon Cleanse products based in Hollywood, FL.  My husband and I both purchased the free Acai Berry Detox at $0.99 for shipping and the Colon Cleanse at $1.99 for shipping. We printed out the receipts which stated that the regular price is $79.95 and shipping is $3.95 but they were offering  a discount for $82.91 for the Acai Berry and the regular price for the Colon Cleanse is $79.95 and shipping $1.99 with a discount of $79.95.

Operators called us the next day to confirm our order and to also try and sell us another product called Life Cleanse, which we refused.  A couple of days later I noticed a charge of $39.95 on my husband's bank statement that was still pending. After looking into it we realized it was from this company (Which I still don't know what their real name is). We tried calling the 866-949-0138 number but it kept us on hold each time we called for at least 20 minutes ( I hung up after that). We then tried the internet address www.myordersupport.com which said you would not have any waiting time but we did end up waiting on an operator. 

Once the operator (CA-062) Barbie logged on we explained the situation and she informed us that the $39.95 was for a trial offer of Life Cleanse and that we could cancel but we would have to send the product back per our expense and would not get a refund until the product is received by them per their refund policy. I told her that , that is not right because we did not order the product nor authorize the charge on our credit card and that we had printed out receipts of our order. We also did not know of any refund policy.  This went on for more than an hour. We asked for a supervisor which she first denied because she said she had resolved our issue. (She did not) Then she said we could only talk to a supervisor on the phone at 866-949-0138.

We called the number a couple of more times and just waited and finally someone picked up named Nikki. He was very curtious and told us they charge customers at random for the $39.95 and repeated the same refund information as Barbie had stated. We asked to speak with a supervisor who finally handled the situation. His name was Nathan.  My husband spoke with him in a very CALM nature which I beleive helped also. He issued a refund for the $39.95 and cancelled all the order. SOmehow I had two accounts. He informed us that the Acai Berry Detox and Colon Cleanse is a 14-day trial and after that we would be charged $79.95 for each product and asked us if we would like to cancel. We said yes quickly.

The Acai Berry Detox and Colon CLeanse arrived two days after the scheduled delivery day and the Life Cleanse that was supposedly already shipped has not arrived yet. The refund is suppose to take 3-5 days per Nathan and 5-7 days per an email that was sent, so we are still waiting on it.

We have not tried the products yet, so we do not know if they work or not. BUT please be aware of the 14-day trial if you are using or considering using this company to avoid being charged and check your statements for any unfamilar charges.
