Columbusoft Paul Ferrara Accounting For Delphi purchase and Rip Off! Columbus Ohio

Mr. Paul Ferrara of Columbusoft in Columbus Ohio, was approached for the purchase of his Accounting For Delphi software package by my company in October of 2006. The initial purchase was $4,000.00. I was supposed to receive complete source code, help files, bitmaps, help file source codes, add-on source codes, and technical support. When I didn't receive these items in complete agreement as were purchased, I made complaint to Mr. Ferrara and he stopped contacting me. When I gave in and went back to him for the additional items, he charged me again for the items: $4,000.00 as if I were a new client. Both charges for the product were done through wire transfers and credit card charges. I again went through the same issues, and finally had to turn the matter over to D&B collections, and to the Better Business Bureau and also to an attorney for collections, as Mr. Ferrara indicated to D&B representatives that he would not refund me or provide me the product and support access that I was seeking. We are now adding in the legal charges as well to the $8,000.00 that Mr. Ferrara and Columbusoft took from us.

It is my recommendation that no developers or other parties should ever purchase his AFD or AFC accounting packages. He never takes calls, hangs up on people, and never returns Email back when sent to him. Do not buy the products that Mr. Ferrara sells. They are incomplete, and this man and his company do not provide technical support or complete products as advertised.
