Living Scriptures utilizes independant sales agents who represent the company, but who are in business for themselves. The contract is completed with imput from the customer who agrees to the terms before the contract is submitted for processing.

Upon recipt of the contract the customer is contacted by telephone or by mail to verify the terms agreed upon. The sales agent is then paid the commission he earned and bonus product associated with the sale are shipped to the customer.

It is the costs of commission, bonus product, and other misc items that require Living Scriptures to ask custoemrs to adhere to the contract they enter into.

The customer has every right to expect that Living scriptures would deliver the
product ordered for the price agreed upon. Living Scriptures has every right to expect the customer to honor the agreement they entered into and accept and pay for the merchandise they ordered.

The product Living Scriptures sells are "specialty" items and iare priced on its cost to produce, a profit margin, and the market it can be sold in.
