This company is taking a fee from my band account every month.  I cannot seem to be able to contact them and their web site indicates it is not secure to use.  I want the withdrawal to end but there appears to be no way to do so.

If this fee is on your debit card: tell your bank your card was lost and get a new card with a completely different number.

If this fee is on your account number: tell your bank your account has been compromised. Close the account and open a new one. The bank will help direct legitimate deposits/credits to the new account until you can get everything chaged.
