For Immediate Release - Wealthy Affiliate Scam Review Revealed!
January 2, 2017 - It has come to my attention that the Wealthy Affiliate program actively teaches and allows their members to post fake reviews that are optimized with popular competitor company names + keywords like “scam” and “review”. When people use the search engines to find legitimate information about these competing companies, they are presented with fake review information that falsely makes their competitors look like scams. This is blatant slanderous activity and is liable under the law.
Of course, at the end of each fake review is a link to Wealthy Affiliate. My advice to you is to not pay any attention to these fake reviews or any other review that has a monetary incentive at the end like a link to an affiliate program. Real reviews will have NO monetary incentive like paid ads, affiliate links, etc included in the review.
If you are a company affected by one of these fake reviews, I highly encourage you to contact your attorney and sue the pants off of Wealth Affiliate for allowing and encouraging this kind of black hat, deceptive, and slanderous activity.
If you are a victim of this slanderous scam, please contact the FBI internet crimes division and file a report today at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

I really don't know much about Wealthy Affiliate, but what is definitely unscrupulous behavior is writing "fake reviews" of legitimate online companies. These fake reviews always make the company falsely look bad in relation to Wealthy Affiliate or whatever program the writer may be promoting. If the review were real and honest, that would be fine. But if it is fake and slanderous, that is liable in a court of law.
My advice to you is to keep your reviews honest. Never review a site that you have not joined and evaluated thoroughly. Never review a site just to get listed in the search engines and then promote your affiliate program right after you have falsly trashed another legit site.

I promote wealthy affiliate so i can give you some perspective into exactly what is going on. You are on the right track but you do not have it quite right.
First let me say that WA has amazing training in marketing. Not just for promotong WA but knowledge you can use on any website blog or business. they teach you exactly what you need to know to promote your site. Yes, they have tons of review sites for WA as that is one of the ways affiliate marketing networks make money. How ever there is a difference in MLM scam crap and what WA does. Most networks , not all, work off the MLM scam system.
You can read my opinion on MLM on my website employeenomore.net if you want . I have a low opinion of it. Most MLM is exactly what you say it is and worse. they only promote sign ups and that is all the program is about. They have nothing to offer you but commissions on sign ups. No knowlkedge to take away and use elsewhere really.
WA on the other hand has a huge volume of marketing knowledge and tools that they do not up sell to you like other sites that actually have training you can use in other sectors. you get it all for one low 47 a month.
You missed it. You thought WA just promoted WA and that is all they want you to do. NO, you can build as many sites as you want on their network siterubix which by the way is the largest and #1 rated network with over 880000 users. these sites you build do not have to have one single link to WA on them . That is your choice. I have a site set up that is for brewing beer and whiskey. Not one link on it to WA other than I did mention them in my blog post in one article but no banners or click here to join ... .
WA can teach you how to make money from your site. The WA promo sites they show you how to set up are training and in that training is many sites that are not WA. They have to make money to be a business and they do that by sign ups. In return you get a wealth of training, websites, tools hosting, ssl, emails... you name it they give it all to you for that 47.00 . Others will not do that.
go to my site and read my thoughts on mlm . I rant and I hate everything. MLM took my money several times. I cant speak for every review of others sites but yes msot of them deserve a bad review

Wealthy Affiliate never got back to me, but I finally got in contact with the affiliate that wrote the review. He agreed to remove the review, so I am happy at this point. Case closed.
