First and foremost I'll begin with the disgusting culprits.

These men have dedicated their character, career and their lives to ripping people off.  They run an office of young, unaware recent graduates who are trying to make it in the world and treat them like dirt under their shoes.  They illicit these recent graduates and  most of the time good people with a decent salary and benefits out of college only to enslave them in a horribly miserable office. 

They only pay commissions at the end of the year so that they can get what they need then fire you or force you to quit by threats, abuse and work overload.  They tell you that your in danger of being fired if you don't work later than 5PM after the first month which is not discussed in the interview or in training.  They diminish any qualities of an employee that make them stand out or hold confidence.  They actually admit that they want you to be a number.  They allow managers aka middle desks to curse these young professionals out in front of the entire office on a daily, YES, daily basis.

I am writing this report to help new graduates and aspiring people so that they do not waste time or health in this place.  I knew a young man who became physically ill for months from this place.  I knew another who destroyed his livlihood because he was abruptly fired after he had purchased his first apartment.  I know young women who go home crying because they are threatened weekly.  I know many other young men AND WOMEN who have lost their hair because of this place.  They say its not for everyone but it is really not for anyone, or at least anyone who wants to do something in this life or contribute to the world or doesn't want to hurt people by stealing their money through misrepresentation, false claims, lies and pressure.

There is a fine line between a tough attitude with business sense and abusive work environments.  This place treats its employees like they are slaves (not kidding).  They will squeeze you until there is nothing left.

If you don't mind hustling people and taking as much as you can from them then I guess there is a chance.  If you can withstand abuse and a horrible work environment that will have you working longer hours and coming in earlier and earlier just not to get threatened then there is a chance.  If you can work amongst unethical people with no regard for their coworkers and deceitful business practice then there is a chance.

I swear with my whole heart that what these people do is wrong in every sense of the word.  They are a disgrace to their religion that they claim to honor and they are a disgrace to each other for the way they treat one another. 

Please read this and go after the next job because you will be here for a short time and will leave or be fired shortly.  This is a telemarketing nightmare. 

I also want to add that the computers, desks as well as every area of this place is very dirty so beware of working here if you like a clean office with clean people.

Do the right thing and don't rip people off.  Don't work for scum like David Gerschwer or Steve Farkas or Ronen or Marissa Kravitz who enjoy demise of others and ripping people off.  Gain knowledge and experience from a real firm not one that constantly follows legal loopholes to unethically develop business.
