This company has a habit of not paying their survey takers. They may have a good standing with the BBB, but they are @ 40% at Survey Police, even lower at survey company review sites. I am not the only member having this issue with them. You would think they would investigate why this keeps happening as other members and myself are not having this particular issue with any other company.

I have been a member since 2005, I would say at least 20 times they have tried not to pay me, as stated in their survey invite that payment would arrive in 4 weeks, its more like 8-10 weeks. Why not change the wording? I noticed a trend that if I dont email them, I wont get paid.

They also are infamous for coming back and stating that MY ID WASNT CAPTURED OR THEIR CLIENT DOESNT HAVE A RECORD OF COMPLETION. So now I keep a copy of all surveys that I have completed, as well as screen shots (a photo of the final screen) of the last screen stating that I have completed the survey and that my survey ID was captured. (Oh yes, I have these records as proof) I also keep documentation about the time it took me to complete the survey, and the subject matter of the survey How could I possibly have this
information if I hadnt taken and completed the survey.

Initially when they started telling me that they had to record of my ID I believed them, so I started saving the survey emails and keeping them in folders. Once I get paid I remove the original email. Testspin kept telling me that I wasnt showing up on completing surveys, and I believed them. DONT BELIEVE THEM. And I moved on, however they were giving me courtesy credits. They werent courtesy to me, as I put in the time to sit and complete the surveys, some lasting up to 90 minutes. About 6 months ago I started documenting my surveys more diligently as they told me there would be no more courtesy credits.
Here is what I did, thinking that this would get me paid.

I took a screen shot of the first page of the survey and the last page after completion. I posted them to a document and emailed to myself as an attachment to the original email. This also gave me a time stamp. I also copy and pasted the computer event as well as the cookie and temporary internet files. I thought this would be enough. No way!
Let me preface this with, there is something really wrong with this company. This doesnt happen anywhere else and supposedly its all of their clients that this happens to. There is a theory that they do it to everybody to save money.

This month they refused to pay me for 4 surveys, ok its like 5 dollars but its also 5 hours of my life that I cant get back. And guess what, they are still using the data, so I am really being ripped off big time. Now, supposedly they have 11 million members, when you conduct a survey you need at least 1000 people, at least thats what I learned in school. So, if they are cheating at least 1000 members every month, then thats 5000.00 that they pocket. Even though I mailed them all of my proof, they wouldnt credit me. I have spoken to BBB. Consumer Affairs, a lawyer and the office of the Attorney General for the state of CA. They all say its internet fraud.

Why wouldnt the company try and figure out why ALL of their clients are losing member ID's? Because its not really happening.

So, I threatened them with a class action law suit; I have talked to so many people that this is happening to, and if something isnt done they will keep doing it.
