Anyone who worked for Ronnie Lynn Deutch needs to file a bar association complaint. You can do this and are protected under federal law. As an employee, an employer cannot make you sign away your rights to disclose illegal activity or fraud, etc. That agreement is not worth the paper it is written on. The FEDERAL LAW called the Whistleblowers Act supercedes that non disclosure agreement.

Furthermore, the Justice Department needs to get complaints from employees and consumers alike, as this qualifies for enforcement under the RICO ACT. She could lose everything, AND get disbarred for life.

Now, a warning to potential victims of Ronnie Lynn Deutch and others like her. GO TO THE IRS website and read the facts on OIC [offers in compromise]. The fact is, VERY FEW tax cases get settled this way.

You are much better off to just walk in to any IRS office and willingly sit down with an agent who will help you work out your problem and/or set up a reasonable payment plan. Most of the time if you go to them, they will even waive or reduce penalties and interest.

Ronnie Lynn deutch does nothing for anyone but herself. None of these scam artists do.

"Thomas" is in gross error and is probably a disenchanted employee of Roni's trying to make "Brownie Points". Roni has has "Season" tickets to the Sacramento Kings and the Sacramento Monarchs for years. The games she does not want to go to, she offers the tickets as a selling incentive to make more money. She DOES NOT care two cents about her clients, she only cares about what you are bringing in and how consistant you are about doing it.

I too was in the frenzy of taking potential clients monies (I knew the I.R.S. would never settle with them) when being forced to perform or risk Roni firing me. The answer was always the same......take them down.

I have been in several meetings where Roni herself came down from her throne and cursed out the entire floor for NOT bringing in enough clients and she would get rid of us all if we did not give her what she wanted. That threat included her brothers and sister.

She has taken the entire firm out to a baseball game and has paid for so many more things for the firm to do, all at the expense of the clients who pay her for help. Roni will also brag about Hawaii, and bring stacks of it from her many trips throughout the year (which includes her family). She also brags about Las Vegas, where sdhe drops 500.00 per table playing blackjack or any other game that strikes her fancy.

What gifts does Roni give to her employees? Oh, you mean Russell Deutch asllowing you to "Spin" a Wheel of fortune type device and "IF" you hit the correct place on it (it has only happened twice in three years) you win 100.00!

Roni's employees rarely quit as "Thomas" has so eloquently put it....they are often fired for non performance. which is the difference between 18 new clients and 14 new clients.

She really does some good to her clients and employees, however, it is only to protect her perceived "Image". She was on the A.B.C. Television show called "The Other Half" which brought her allot of clients, but, there are no "Follow up" skills to go with all the B.S. she puts out on the T.waves. Like the woman who "Claims" that Roni has settled her entire back tax liability for 20 dollars! The woman is an actress, and the claim is bogus. The law firm has settled ONE couples tax burden for 20 dollars, and they were extremly elderly, had only 20 dollars, and the 10 year collection statute was about to expire on the I.R.S.

Look "Thomas" don't be a "Dummy". Iwisedup challenged the readers of this website to try the "Process" themselves, He/She did not try to give "contact" numbers to Roni's office.....I will do that.

I was tired of reading all of this CRAP that Greg Flahive, and "Thomas"(or should I say Russ, Steve, Scott, Keith, Roni, or anyone else who would write this type of crap) had to say, so I "came out of the closet(no offence)" to really set you people straight.

Roni does rip people off and she needs to stop!

This employee has no idea what he is talking about. Employees almost never quit because it is such an excellent place to work at. Roni Deutch treats me (along with her other employees) great. Roni stresses to all her employees that the most important thing at her firm is client satisfaction. I have seen her represent some clients for free when they cannot afford her fees. I have seen Roni send flowers to clients when they are experiencing family troubles. Roni also cares deeply for her employees. Every month Roni gives gives gifts to her employees for their birthdays. She takes the entire office to a professional baseball game every year. She routinely buys NBA tickets for her employees. The list goes on and on. Unfortunately, it looks like you can't make every employee happy. Some are going to complain regardless of what the employer does for them. This employee must have been fired for incompetency because he gave the wrong telephone number to the office! How could he know the inner workings of the office as he claims if doesn't even know our telephone number?
