I feel so much better knowing that this web site is here, I am trying to open a small business and was going to send my $45.00 to this Robert Stevens and will not. I was suspicious since there was no phone number and I feel bad that so many people have been taken.

Uhh...Christa, just a suggestion: Take the money you are going to use to "hire a lawyer" and put THAT towards christmas expense. Unless you're on a first name basis with a lawyer who'll take your case pro bono, you can have a hellofa christmas for less expense than two or three hours of ANY lawyer's time.
Plus, you can be more certain your money will actually buy something useful.
