I am being sued for a credit card I don't have, I was even called by these people wanting my bank account number a few weeks before this happened and I told them I knew nothing about it.

Scott,
I got a summons about a month ago that I was being sued by Midland Funding and like you it was for a credit card I never had. but it has been very stressful to deal with. I didn't realize it till I got my credit reports and check to make sure. There was no such acct listed and the dates were sort of generic and it would be out of the SOL in my state. They must just pass these around hope someone will pay to get rid of them. mine was big money demand.

You will get good help here. I just responded with a denial to the attorney and the court as you will learn here. the proof is on these RipOff Crooks.
