Freidmans Jewelers ripoff deceptive company false advertising Hilton Head Island South Carolina

To the person who "manages a jewelry department for one of the largest jewelry stores in the country" and buys from freidmans? I find that hard to believe. The rest of her post sounds about right. The ad probably said layered in genuine 14kt or something to that effect, in fine print.

Ive been buying jewelery from Freidman's for over 2 year now and never have i recevied ANY fake or electric-plated jewelry, and i know they have sales where you can get 3 items for $200 but remember you get what you pay for. I have a 14kt Gold herringbone necklace from them recently and it retails and appraises for $966 but it was 70% off and i payed $288 for it now I'm getting what i payed for and some. as far a being posted on your credit report. they have to report either negative, or postive credit, and im sure $200 won't stop you from getting a car or house.

I'm sorry to hear that this lady had this problem at Friedmands in Hilton Head. They have always sold me real gold, never a fake. I have never had that problem. I used to know the owner Al Roussou before he died, and he always sold me really good jewelry from his store. He left his son's the business,and they have expanded here in Charlotte. Al also served as the mayor of Charlotte.

I have a beautiful 14k 7 diamond marquise ring that I love, and it has never turned my finger green. I just hope that she will give them another chance as they ARE a reputable jeweler from Charlotte, NC ,and will make good on any exchanges. They also offer trade ups for what you paid before. Not many jewelers do that.

I have only received the upmost attention and excellent service. I also manage a jewelry departmant for one of the largest jewelry stores in the country. I deal with a lot of customers who you can not satify no matter what you do, short of giving them everything in the store. Apperantly the freidmans customer in this rip off was not ripped off just ignorant of the product they were buying and I would bet my life they waited long after the time allowed for a return. There are many of these idiots out there.
