Ordered one flash drive and two memory cards. They sent all three of the wrong items. I had paid extra for speedy shipping since I needed them for an upcoming event.

They did not arrive speedily and were the wrong items so I was left without anything I needed for my special event, therefore I wanted to return them and be refunded the full amount since it was their mistake and I no longer needed replacements (event was passed).

Their customer service was awful, I sent emails galore and got no replies. I called several times and just got an answering machine, no one ever returned my messages.

Finally my boyfriend got on the internet and found the phone number for the parent company so I called them. The guy I talked to on the phone, Alex Koval, tried to tell me that the memory cards he sent would work in my camera (they won't, even his website stated that the item wouldn't work in my camera. I pointed that out to him. Then he said that the item wasn't being made any more, which is a lie because a few weeks later my boyfriend bought me the memory cards from another online retailer. And Alex also said that the cheaper brand flash drive that he sent would work just as well as the more expensive brand that I ordered and paid for. I told him that this was a bait and switch tactic which is illegal, and he said no that it wasn't illegal!!!)

I complained about the hassle of my unreturned emails and phone calls. He said that he had answered my emails (nope, checked junk mail and it wasn't in there either.) So he finally emails to me a return item form (to the same email address and funny that it came but the others that he supposedly sent to the same email address didn't ever show up... because he never did send them.)

He said he would only give me a partial refund. He refused to let me speak with his boss for dispute resolution after being told that he would not give me a full refund.

I tried calling different departments (press 1 for such-and-such department, press 2 for such-and-such department) and strangely enough, the same guy, Alex, answered each department. Never could talk to anyone else. Said Ron Goldman was his boss but that he would not take my phone call.

They refused to reimburse me fully for their mistake (I paid $103.80, they reimbursed me $82.33 although they promised on the phone that they would reimburse me $96.85 which was not even satisfactory to me but would have been better than what I actually received back from them) so I had to eat the remainder of $21.37..... plus I had to pay the return shipping and an extra amount for proof of delivery ($10 total) because by then I did not trust them. So I lost $31.37 on the deal... it will be a lesson to never deal with them again and I told him that I would be spreading the word in hopes of saving someone else the mistake of doing business with them. He didn't seem to care.

By the way, he said his customer satisfacion rating was 95% and while I am sure that number is a great exaggeration, even the exaggeration is a pitiful amount. I would not buy on eBay from anyone with a 95% satisfaction rate. He seemed to think that there was no need to even try to have good customer satisfaction.

This place is a total ripoff and from what I can tell, they get your order and then just send you any old thing... then when you return it they keep the 'restocking fee'. I guess that is how they make a living... off of the large amount of money that the don't return from each order that they botch up. Not to mention the hassle to even get that much... I guess they think that if no one returns your emails and phone calls long enough, you will just forget about it and keep the wrong stuff they have shipped you and they keep the full amount you have paid.
