I can't comment on the allegations of criminal history, because I have no specific knowledge of that.

But I can definitely report that Ralph Nudi and Caleb Bryant scammed me on a home mortgage. Not one of those big scams where you lose your house, but I was bait-and-switched on the rates and fees and didn't find out about it until the closing; at that point the only choices are either to accept the higher rate, or else walk away from your nonrefundable fees and start over with someone else.

The mortgage company I wound up with (Aurora) was also either shady or incompetent, possibly both. Ralph claimed he had no knowledge of the rate change, blamed it on the mortgage company, and promised to try to renegotiate the loan with them. He never came through, and I finally realized I had been lied to the whole time and was being strung along.

Don't ever trust either of them. It's been five years since this happened and I'm still worried that these clowns have my social security number in their files.

My name (I will not type it again and make the search engine placement more relevant) has been dragged in to the spotlight by being mentioned as an additional SHADY SCAMMER. I have nothing to do with this company, and have an impeccible reputation. RN - Kenosha WI

I would like to say that Mike (who has to have major issues) must not have better things to do with his time other than try to critize other's for their hard dedicated work. I would like to inform everyone that all negative comment that is stated on this site is totally false!!

I began the mortgage industry with AFS/Radiant Mortgage. I began employment in the downtown location as a loan processor a few years ago. They have ran office a certain way in which one rule for the whole office was customer's are always our priority! We were trained to ensure all staff in the office did their job orginating and sold only the best loan products out there. We were not trained to RIP OFF ANYONE!

Our goal at AFS/Radiant Mortgage was to be sure customer's walked away from the closing table with a smile! Mr. Caleb Bryant trained me from the first day of my employment and taught me awesome techniques to orginating. Important keys to originate is to truely care for our customer's financial needs. He especially trained everyone to never sell a loan product we wouldnt personally buy ourselves.

Mr. Caleb Bryant has always kept a professional office ensuring all office staff serviced customer's with priority. I'm assuming Mike has to be an employee that was dismissed for not following employee guidelines. Caleb Bryant never hesitated to fire any employee if services to customer's were not disclosed honestly.

I would say I'm sorry you got fired, but if you are no longer an employee with Radiant Mortgage. You GOT FIRED FOR A REASON. EVERYONE SHOULD BE NOT BE AWARE BUT INFORMED. It is a fact that the owner of Radiant Mortgage, (Caleb Bryant), is a drug addict and dealer. If you decide to go to Radiant Mortgage for your loan, you as the consumer should just be aware that your money spent at this company is going towards the horrible addictions of a convicted felon and his criminal friends. People should just be aware of this so they can conduct their business accordingly.

I am Ralph Nudi, former manager of Radiant Mortgage as well as former owner of ASB Mortgage.

For the Record... Radiant Mortgage (f/k/a/ American Financial Solutions, LLC or AFS) was a name that was concieved of during a proposed merger of our two companies. Although the details did not go as planned for myself, and I went off to pursue other ventures; during the time I was involved there were NEVER any incidents of fraud, or any accounts of lying or misrepresentation to any customer at any time.

The current owner Caleb Bryant is an honorable business man, who keeps his word to everyone in any instance that I have knowledge, and I believe this to be indicative of his character.

The current office is still located at on Green Bay Road, and anybody who wants to know for sure can stop in and see for themselves. As the real estate agent, and the property manager that handles Radiant's account for their current landlord, I can say that Radiant has not been evicted, and has always been in good standing at it's current location.

Why someone would categorize Caleb and myself as so called "rip off artists" and then suggest that a potential borrower instead come up the street to my current company is a mystery. Perhaps "mike" or should I say "Mike L." does not have his facts straight.

I have a database of pleased customers over the past 8 years that consistently refer business to me and come back as repeat customers for both their mortgage lending and real estate needs. My professional record is impeccible, and I have never had a complaint to any state board or governing body in my 8 plus years tenure in the industry.

If you are interested in looking, the Better Business Bureau keeps all complaints online. It appears that there has been 1 complaint against Radiant Mortgage in the past three years, and that it was resolved to the customers satisfaction.

Are license' are inactive and maybe that has to do with that we haven't lived in WI. for nearly 2 years.

If you refer to the office location downtown we were not evicted but left because the landlord did not keep up the place to our liking. A review of public records will show that the landlord was sued for the deposit.

I can't comment on what is happening at the moment but I can tell you that myself and everyone around us always treated out customers with the respect they deserved. Kenosha being a small town it was a must that all employees and managers were well trained and had more then money on their minds while working at Radiant. We had a wonderful team that helped out in the community with different functions at great cost to the company.

This statement "IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF FINANCING CONTACT CHERRY CREEK MORTGAGE IN KENOSHA!" makes no sense. You have slandered one company to help advertise another. It would seem you have an alternative motive in this complaint.

I had to read this letter a few times to really believe what was written. I would guess its not a male but a certain female who was fired because of a certain attitude problem she had. I may be wrong and if I am I apologize.

I'm sure anyone would be surprised to find who, in their everyday dealings, also has had DUIs. Was I evicted from an apartment? I co-signed for an ex-employee to live in an apartment with the agreement that they pay the rent. When they didn't live up to their end of the bargain, I ended up having to foot the bill prior to anyone getting evicted. I wasn't aware they weren't paying the rent.

My name is Caleb Bryant with Radiant Mortgage. The complaint issued against American Financial Solutions, LLC d/b/a Radiant Mortgage is riddled with false accusations.

Radiant Mortgage has been is Kenosha now for 5 years with the same name. In 2003, we moved from a downtown location to 4600 Green Bay Rd. Kenosha, WI 53144. Due to our exciting relocation, we added the d/b/a Radiant Mortgage to have a fresh and exciting look. Mind you, we kept our original name, we just added a d/b/a.

Radiant Mortgage is still located at 4600 Green Bay Rd. Kenosha, WI 53144. If ever an appointment is scheduled or needed, any potential client is welcome to visit our beautiful office with two conference rooms.

As the owner of the company, I can assure you that my office is not located in the basement of my home.

Additionally, the complaint issued encourages anyone whom wants to make sure they don't get "ripped off" should go to Cherry Creek Mortgage. Last time I checked, one of the very persons mentioned as a "shady scammer", Ralph Nudi, still works at Cherry Creek Mortgage.

I do not employ illegal telemarketers. I have a legal SAN #, the number required from the federal government to telemarket, as well as being registered with the State of Wisconsin for telemarketing and receiving the "do not call" list.

Although I cannot confirm this, I have reason to believe that the complaint issued was from a former disgruntled employee. All I can say is that this employee was let go as a protection to you, the client and public, so as not to be "ripped off" or go through a bad borrowing experience.

As a small business owner in Kenosha, WI this complaint hurts me deeply and personally. I have many business contacts, friends, and previous clients in Kenosha that can tell anyone that Radiant Mortgage is a company with nothing but the best interests in their clients.

Please, anyone who reads the complaint posted, please call me anytime to discuss any concerns and receive proof that the complaint is downright false and slanderous.
