Dish Network And E-Club Marketing ripoff fraudulent billing, unauthorized charges Atlanta Georgia and New Jersey

As with Sam, I also am very disappointed with Dish Network. I check my bank statement at least three (3) times a week and noticed a hold on my check card for $19.05 from E-Club Marketing Inc. I called my bank immediately and notified them that I did not authorize this charge.

We have had Dish Network since August 2005 and I had never had a charge from E-Club Marketing Inc. on my account. Of course when I call the number for E-Club, 1-866-788-9008, the lines are always tied up and you have to hang up and call again.

The representative from my bank told me to call Tuesday and we can get the paperwork for the dispute rolling. I did call Dish Network and asked their representative what they and E-Club have to do with each other. Of course she couldn't give me any information, but she did give me the phone number above. I did ask to speak with a manager and the rep said they would tell me the same thing.

This really pissed me off as I never heard of E-Club and I never authorized Dish Network to give out my bank account information.

Sam said when he did talk to the lady at E-Club she said they did technical support, etc. for Dish Network. On the Dish Network site they have their own tech support. I have not had any technical work done anyway.

I'll keep you updated as to what happens with my disputed charges with my bank. I did email the CEO of Dish Network and haven't received a response as of yet. I let him know if my money was not refunded I would file a law suit against Dish Network, (for giving out my personal bank information) and E-Club for using that information without my permission.
