Advertising Endeavors - Cydcor completely misleading, all under 25 years old, bizare behavior, ripoff Baltimore Maryland

Just like everyone else who was manipulated by a Cydcor company, I fell victim as well.

I graduated from college and was very excited to join the professional work force. I applied on Monster, Career Builder, and other sites to several companies. The very next day Andrea from Advertising Endeavors called me to say that my resume was exactle what they were looking for and could I come in the very next day for an interview. I never expected to get called so quickly! They must be really interested in my marketing background!

Do not be fooled! These people do not care about you, or me, or anything else except exploiting innocent people! They are worse than thieves who take the money right out of your bank account because at least those people don't also steal months from your life and destroy your confidence.

I took the job they offered me only to find out that they offer the same job to everyone who walks through the door. You don't need any degree. They don't do any background checks. nothing. As long as you can wake up at 5 in the morning, work until 10 at night, forget about any previous friends and don't mind sacrificing your entire life to them, you are in. They thrive on young people who want success. They tell you lies to cover up lies. Everything is completely shady and as an employee you are also trained in the art of deceit.

The "president" Danata is an annoyingly bubbly blond who barely looks old enough to be president of her soriority much less any company. How did she get into this position? my guess is she slept with someone at the top of the pyrimid, but she claims she "earned it"
I never actually saw her sell anything, but her drones worked 15 hours a day going business to business selling COPY PAPER and making no money and getting no reimbursment of any kind for gas or meals. Meanwhile, little Miss President sits in her office all day scamming other unsuspecting victims into a 2nd intervies all the while taking home 25% of what every rep sold!

Every morning the clan met at the office to get amped up for the day. Once the clan meeting started though, there was no eating drinking or even sitting down allowed. Everyone circled around the cult leader danata and desperately took notes on her every word of divine wisdom. It was scary.

As soon as the "meetings" were over, which mainly consisted of us playing childish games and listening to the preachings of Danata, we "hit the field" That meant that the "leaders" who earned the right to interview new cult candidates. Every single day they had a room full of unsuspecting kids who thought this was a real job!

The entire company is just Danata, her secretary andrea, and about 30 sales guys who came and went so quickly you can hardly even remember them. So we would spend all day, from about 9-6 out all over MD trying to get strangers to buy pens and paper from us after being in this weird chanting cult meeting since 7. Then we had to come back to the office and stay there sometimes until 9-10 at night!

I worked there long enough to become a "leader" and only because these strange people make you believe that they are your very best friends and that they will make sure you are successful. I couldn't live with myself and all the lies anymore. i couldn't interview a different peoson every day for the same job and ask them the same things as the day before over and over again. It was all rehersed and staged by danata and every employee was to replicate her as much as possible.

The icing on the cake was one night when after work the whole office went to this bar up the street. The asst. manager Rick bought us all drinks all night long and proceeded to get hammered. Quite unprofessional if you ask me. But then he began groping all of the female employees and saying totally inappropriate things to them. It was disgusting. I told some of the other females that I thought I was going to quit and I never went back again.

I want to warn everyone out there! These people do not care about you! They are using you to make a profit and they will walk all over you to get what they want. They even took money out of my last paycheck! Do not let yourself get dragged down to their level! No amout of money that they promise you is worth the suffering. And there is no money anyway! There is no management potential and this company is nothing more than a bunch of cracked out "Juiced Up" Weirdos playing "Professional" It is sick and twisted.
