I got a post card in my mail box from New.Vistaprint.com, with the offer of free return labels for a limited time.
I could not resist a "freebe", and ordered labels. I was told, I am getting $10 cash back, if I complete the survey. I did.

Suddenly, I was congratulated with a membership at Businessmax123.com. I had no clue what company it was, and what kind of membership I "bought", so I went on the internet to check it out.

Thanks to similar reports, now I know I have to close my credit cards. The lesson: don't complete surveys on sites you have never been to before, and beware of "Free" offers!
