This is the following letter to sent to the Comcast website:

Your Atlanta based office is VERY unprofessional! I had been a devoted customer for 2 years but was treated very nasty! On Sunday night I called the office to inform them that I wasn't going to be able to make payment until May 13 and I was told that it was ok.

I was also informed that if payment was not made by May 13, cable awould be disconnected and I agreed with this. On Monday night, I wanted to ad $50 to the bill and pay the balance on the 13th. Shawn said it was okay and gave me my account # and transferred me to the atuo billing. I must have recieved the wrong account # because it didn't go through.

So I found an old bill and called back to type in the number. Before typing in the number I spoke with Deidre to let her know that I was making a $50 payment and will pay the balance on the 13th. She said that I couldn't do that. I told her that I was JUST told I could. She claimed that I couldn't and even said that an installer is coming to turn the cable off on the 5th!

I was NEVER told this at all! After I told her about the 13th negotiation, she claimed that it was against policy. I NEVER recieved a statement for the month of May either. Deidre had a nasty attitude so after yalking with her. I Decided to call back about 30 mins later and spoke to another woman who told me the SAME thing as Deidre.

I asked to be transfered to a higher department and she only put me on the MUTE button! So after holding for 10 mins, I hung up the phone and called back 30 mins later and spoke to Shawn again aho told me that I had to make a full payment. THat $50 would still get the service cut off. I asked to speak to another dept and he said the were not opened until the morning (even though the other woman was suppose to transfer me there but had me on mute).

SO, today at about 11:00 I called back and spoke to Dwayne who told me the same thing. I asked to speak to higher dept me and was told there was NO higher dept! I don't have time to waste two years on being with a company that's held in someone's projects! I don't need to waste money on unprofessinalism and miscomunication and NOTHING in writing!

The May statment still have not came! Deidre LIED and was nasty enough to change the date from the 13th to the 5th, for what reason I don't know, because I was not nasty to her! She was only nasty to me! First I'm told that he 13th is ok (told this TWICE), then I'm told it's not!

Then I was not told about the 5th which means if I would have sent a $50 payment, services would have still got cut off without my knowledge! There was no phone calls, or NOTHING in writing that mentions that no negotiations are allowed! Now you can cut it off all you want, I don't need to waste money on such a crappy company in the Atlanta area!

This company have NO address just a PO BOX! There is no 800#! Each comcast phone# in the phone book is a recording that leads you the SAME local phone number!

Because I asked could I pay the $50 now and the rest on May 13, and the reps still said that all has to be paid or services will be shut off on the 5th.

go to www.comcast.com. You can pay your bill tehre, contact customer service etc. I have comcast broadband, and I pay on line all the time and my mom has cable and so does she.
