Con Artist, ripoff liar BZ Rutledge at it again Chandler Arizona

In November of 2000, I was given an oportunity that was to good to be true. I should have known that the price for my participation in this matter would be high.

I was offered a loan by Mr. Rutledge, who resides in Chandler, AZ. He told me that he had $50,000.00 to lend and he wanted me to have the first crack at the loan. Well, I borrowed $10,500.00 from him before and paid it off before the due date, actually a year ahead of time. I thought great! This would help me a lot and I can get a house and pay some of my past debts.

By the time I excepted the loan, There was only $40,000 to borrow. So we agreed that I would borrow $40,000.00 and pay it back in 20 years, with a charge of $20,000.00 for him lending me the money. He told me I could pay $250.00 a month and after 13 years I would begin to pay the $20,000.00. Well, I have been paying the $250.00 a month and now he is saying he never gave me the money and he is taking me to court. I spoke to Mr. Rutledge in November of 20001, and he told me that the only reason he is suing me, is because he is mad at me and he needs the money.

I don't think I have a problem when I go to the hearing, but he has put me through a lot of stress. I have documents and papers that show what we did, but his lawyer is trying to say I took advantage of him because he is handicaped. He is not handicaped, to where he doesn't know what he is saying, or doing!

He has lied to the government and I found out and reported him, so he is getting me back for telling on him. Well I am sorry, but I don't cheat anyone!!!!!

Now Mr. Rutledge's lawyer wants to charge me $800.00 a month and 10% interest on the loan. I am sorry but a deal is a deal!!!
