Philadelphia Police and City of Philadelphia DHS have a history of twisting laws to suit their needs! That includes lying on a investigation to gain a arrest. But when the matter gets infront of a Judge, they drop off like fleas! Can't lie under oath!

In Pa. Police (PPD) investigate in joint with DHS. So that means that DHS can file a pack of lies, because the police are the one's doing the lying? News flash to Philadelphia police and DHS.
(Level of Evidence: Clear and Convincing and Beyond Reasonable Doubt!) Oh guess Police and DHS didn't read that part of the policy of the State of Pa!

Note that once again for the third time in a year, seach engines a missing the documented reports to RipOffReport when search.

Must be a reason that domelights.com message board Top Cops are running scared, and deleting the records of posts. Oh that is what IAD did in the first place with IAD #96-420 ? IAD #97-2029!
To date DHS did the same thing, in their court records and documents!

Since the PPD via domelights is have such a great time twisting up the truth about me from past posting (4-2004) And posting threats from John Norris aka The Thin Blue Whine via domelights.com 3-2003) They should have NOT problem making the court hearing and telling the truth to the Judge (right?)

IAD #96-420/97-2029 is a complaint against police with Philadelphia IAD. I filed with IAD in 1996 against P/O George Lochner #3226 15th dist. The charges were assault, stalking harassment by this officer and he buddies. I wanted not a lawsuit but protection from this officer. Well it has been 9 years and the PPD have NOT Stopped their Revenge/Retaliation against my family and myself!
Instead of civil meditation I get Retaliation, intimidation and harassment from Police/DHS! Police SVU investigated for DHS and this set up/frame up is now going to court! More of the same as reported/documented in IAD #96-420/#97-2029. Mock charges, harassment one sided witnesses, twisting the truth and omitting statements. Domelights.com (Phila Police Message board) still has the slander recorded "RipOffReport against the PPD" April 26, 2004 on their site. The posts include slander that is Now part of the charges from DHS in the court filing against us! DHS investigation was done on the WRONG person, and attached to my name and that of my family members! Yet witness statements of the past show how the above officer is acting in the same manner as he did in 1996! Phila NBC10 media should be looking into this matter, since it involves their past reports (10-20-04)!
The US Army should be advised that the family members of their officer in Iraq is being Falsely Accused and Harassed by Phila Police/City of Phila! This is Nothing more then a game of FEAR by Police Officers that are grown men acting like little boys! The FEDS and PA STATE Should be Investigating this matter, for the Civil Rights Violations!

This is to update my past compaints filed to RipOffReport. To date City of Philadelphia "DHS" is sueing us in court, on Falsehoods (LIES) against myself and my family. Lies that show in a investigation via Phila Police for DHS.

In April via Domelights.com (Phila Police Website) my computer was hacked/ hijacked by the above site's member's "ThinBlueWhine" aka brass IAD. This along with a writen threat posted on domelights of Phila Police taking me to court to sue me for Speaking Up! I was threated by a high ranking police officer to "SHUT UP" or I would be sued in city court and my computer taken!

To date being sued via DHS "City of Phila" The city is taking us to court to remove my child. This child is the same child that was/is a Witness against Police Officer Lochner and his Friends. This child was also Hand Cuffed by P/O Lochner 5-95. IAD would NOT include the above in the IAD report LT:"He was JUST PLAYING GOOD COP"!

Computer was broken and could not be repaired, as was two webtv plus modems (1-2001, 12-2002, 4-2004) value $1000.00. All traced back to Phila Police via Domelights.com

The above harassment/threats from domelights (Phila Police) was ongoing when I was a witness for the Phila DA office in a criminal trial!!
I have NEVER been Anti-Police! My past Police website honoring police had to be closed due to Domelights.com! I have always thanked police for saving our lives in the past! In fact 15th dist police were injured along with my family on Aug 22, 1992 during a riot at my former location! The defendents were were not arrested due to the fact that DA out ranked the police!

Phone records prove harassment from Police via phone (4-6-04)was traced back to Phila Police 215-592-XXXX!

Here is another IAD number for IAD #96-420, IAD John Norris changed it in Oct. 97 #97-2029, that is so he would have two sets of reports! I welcome the members of domelights to attend the court case that was pushed by Phila Police as a threat that came true! See RipOffReport dated March 13-20 2003 Philadelphia police search for the documented threat! That way police and the female 911 disp (southPhillyGirl) can tell of the FAKE medical records the police stated they obtained on me!

P/O Lochner on Oct 20, 2002 at 10:30pm called in a Crank/False tip to N121 "Narc Police" This led to police drawing their glocks at my daughter and her husband! They could have been Killed!

BTW I was banned for domelights March 20, 2003 for speaking up in support for two falsely accused 15th dist. police officer Fallen/Carr! Commissioner Johnson stated on NBC10 to "STEP UP TO THE PLATE" on police that committed sex crimes!
