This company NORFOLK FINANCIAL COMPANY loacted in Boston, MA. Is suing me for a credit card debt that I had 3 years ago. I only owed 300.00 with HOUSEHOLD BANK they jacked the fees up to 1263.00 and 1300.00 on the other account. I had account secure plus which was supposed to protect me if I was out of work for a reason like illnes or unemployment. They didnt care. I have a court date the end of March. I want to warn others about this company, and if anyone has problems with them to report them to the Attorney General of Mass. They are a real true RIPOFF company.

Thanks for the info, just to update I filed CH 7 Bankruptcy in 08/2005. Norfolk Financial was listed as one of my creditors. They can never bother me again.

Brad, I hope you are reading The Boston Globe this week. A spotlight series is profiling that company and Commonwealth Receivables. They are having sherrifs and constables commit legal auto theft, by seizing cars for unpaid debts.
