CCBILL.COM this company is a total rip off. they refuse to credit my checking account. Internet

i had signed up for 1 adult site that was a 3 day trial for the cost of $4.88. i thought i had signed up with this adult site with paycom. when i called paycom they apologized and credited back my account, but on my bank statement there was another charge of $39.88 from ccbill.i sent them an email about this charge, since i knew i had only ordered 1 adult trial memebrship. ccbill had charged my account$4.88 also.

well i figured i wouldent fight over such a small amount, but i sent an email to ccbill cancelling my supposed adult site from them, they sent me a cancellation confirm email on 11-05-04 from their records i sighned up for the 3 day trial 0n 11-02-04.

supposidley the name of the adult site was called all access reality. but what is funny is that paycom also said that was my account with them and they had charged $39.88 to my account also. like i said paycom took care of the problem and credited my account.

ccbill refuses to credit my account.i have called ccbill and sent them over 30 emails. first i was told to forward the cancellation email they sent me, i did this, then they emailed me and said that wasent good enough i had to send it as an attachment, i did this a few times...then they told me i sent them the wrong cancellation email. well i knew i had sent them the right one because they had sent me another email with a cancellation from ccbill on 11-08-04 that clearley states it was for the site all access reality.

the first cancellation confirm email i recived from ccbill on 11-05-04 clearley states my membership was cancelled and i would no longer be charged for that account. but next thing i knew there was a charge from ccbill on my bank statemant for $39.88. finally on 1 email from many that ccbill sent me, they admitted the site was all access reality, even after a few times i asked them exactley what i had been charged for.i kept telling them that my suppsed account with them i had cancelled on the 2nd day of the 3 day trial period.

well i have gotten nothing but a total run around and them telling me they will not credit my account. this company, i see after all the emails i have read here about ccbill apparentley stays open due to the fact they some how get a hold of your credit or debit card # and rip people off. how does this company stay open since they seem to be a fradulant company?

i called my bank and they have started a bank dispute, plus i plan on also getting in touch with the better business bureau. this company will be stopped 1 way or another. i wish everyone luck on dealing with this company, avoid them at all cost if you can and be careful who u give your card # to online. i learned my lesson and will never do it again, but 1 way or another i will pursue ccbill till my account is credited.
