Register Tape Network Shopper Local Misrepresentation of their contract, only able to speak with indiviuals in India Durham North Carolina

I had a sales woman come to my home office offering Register Tape advertising. Sounded great! She told me I could not cancle once the advertising had started, but had thirty days to cancle since the proof would take about thirty days to get back for my approval. Not even two days later I get hit with unexspected bills. I have been diagnosed with MS and need to start medication! I e-mailed the sales rep two days after we signed up, I started investigating this company, and found many complaints. I tried calling the company several times with no eveil. Finally by accident I called, and I got someone whom could barely speak english, and after a moment or two of me saying hello, hello, and checking to make sure I had gotten the right number, they just put the phone down and commenced to doing what ever it was they were doing. I could tell it was a foreign language they were carrying their conversation in, while I'm on the phone trying to get someone. After several minutes of people coming back and to, to the phone and saying who knows what, and me saying hello can I speak to someone the phone went dead. I called again right back and got someone whom I would not even try to tell you his name because I would butcher it so. After several minutes of explaining the situation he told me nope sorry not allowed to cancle even though no proof had come and I had informed the sales rep in writing two days later the payment had not even gone through yet! I asked where he was located, he said India, I explained the paper work says North Carolina. I asked if he could have someone from North Carolina contact me, for he was hard to understand, he told me he had created a ticket for my cancellation, and would have someone from NC contact me. I recieved no call back, but did get a brief e-mail from someone whom again I would not try to pronounce his name, saying sorry no cancellation. I called again and got the same run around, only this time when I said I have a stack of complaints from this company I have printed out, and I'm going to my attorney did they say we will have someone from NC call you. A young lady called me back from NC almost immediatley, and said the contract protects them from sales reps misrepresenting them selves because it states on the contract no additional agreements veerbal or otherwise. This is ludacris!
