   This service is a credit repair service. I interviewed many services before choosing this one. Justin White,

apparently the co-founder said he could get me a 640 fico score within two months. It would cost me, but he

could do it. He charged me $1,500 to work on both my husband and my score. He also stated that he would keep

me informed every step of the way to insure satisfaction. As long as I emailed over all the documents I would

start receiving in the mail.

    It was the selling factor to me, because that would allow me to buy a home before the end of the year. Well

two months came and gone, I was emailing all the mail he requested that would start showing up and my score

had not budge. When I called him he said he did not promise a two month window. That if I wanted it done in two

months that was a different package. I debated with him and said he did not say that. I was very clear on my

intentions and why I chose his service. He said they were changing over to another system because they were

growing so quickly and that he would work on my case personally, but I would now need to talk with a person

named Sonnie.

    I can't tell you if this is a man or woman because I received emails from Sonnie with a non-working phone

number. After calling Justin White several times to only be able to leave voice mails, I got no where. I left

voicemails asking for my money back that he did not provide the service he promised. I would like to also state,

Justin White said too, if I did not apply for any credit....do nothing to get an inquiries, there would be no

problem. Well, what did happen is after he started disputing items, or whatever they did, they re-appeared on my

credit report as an inquiry. He said that was my fault. I said to him, I should have just left things alone. Your

service made all things worse. This company is saying one thing and doing another. I want people to know. Do

My only simple response is the proof I have of your guilt.  My bank and the means of payment through Pay Pal both agreed to refund my payment from you based on your falsification.......Have a nice day and I hope you're doing business more honestly.

Hello Customer X,

This is Justin White, and I wanted to take a moment to bring truth and clarity to this situation.

Around October 22, 2014, we began speaking to one another regarding your credit and my company could be of service in helping you to remove a lot of the derogatory marks off of your report, giving you a fresh start and a foundation upon which to build from.

During your consultation, I made it very clear what type of items were on your and your husband’s reports and the success we expected to see for the two of you.

I also explained that you would see your first initial results in as little as 6 weeks, but completion of your program could take up to 4 months.

You made it clear to me that you needed to be at a 640 score. I then told you that in credit repair we focus on deletions rather than score because there are a lot of factors that go into having a stronger credit score (i.e. open, positive revolving and installment accounts, closed, positive revolving and installment accounts, age of account history, positive payment history, etc.).

I also told you I didn’t see an issue with getting your scores up 60 points to 640 so long as you didn’t put any new derogatory marks on your credit report.

 At that time, you decided you wanted to move forward with our standard package of 3 ½ - 4 months. As you told me you could refer a lot of people to us and I sincerely wanted to see amazing results for you and your husband, I even gave you a discount off of our normal package. On our $1,200 package, I sold it to you and your husband for $750 a file, saving you, in total, $900.   

As the 6 week time frame started to near, you started sending in the mail correspondence that you had received in the mail. Which was great. But then you called me wondering why your credit score wasn’t at a 640 yet, and you claimed that I had told you that your credit restoration would be completed in 6 weeks. After I said that wasn’t true, I re-clarified that you were in a 3 ½ - 4 month program and why would I give you a program that we, as a company, normally charge people $3,500 a file for at only $750 a file? You didn’t like that answer and proceeded to cuss me out, calling me a liar, and proceeded to hang up on me.

A week later, you called back to apologize and admitted to me that “I only said that because it’s what I wanted to hear.” I accepted your apology, asked you to be patient with us, because we truly wanted to see great results for you and your husband.

It was at this time that we, as a company, started to see tremendous growth and implemented some new customer care policies. New departments were developed to specifically assist in the every need of a customer. People solely dedicated to answering any questions a customer had and being easily accessible at all times during normal business hours. Sonnie was in charge of this customer care department and was at all times tending to customer’s needs. Whether it was by email or phone, she made sure to respond to customers the same day that they contacted her.

I, on the other hand, am in sales and regularly get busy assisting new clients on the phone. I am available to all of my clients and have always – and will always – make sure they are taken care of. But there is only so much that I can personally do. I have limited access to processing information, the dates disputes were sent out, etc. Every time you had an issue or needed an update, you got answers and you were taken care of. I answer my phone after hours, I will text clients if they text me at midnight, and I make sure that as soon as our doors open, my clients are responded to and taken care of.

Within weeks 8-9, my processors had informed Sonnie that you had 14 new collection accounts go onto your credit report.

Upon finding this out, you claimed that these new collection accounts had appeared on your credit because of the work we did.  

This is not possible. These debts that you had were preexisting and there is no way we could have even known about them as they were not on your original credit report. These occurred because, whatever the circumstances were, bills were not being paid.

After explaining this to you, you still did not agree with us. Adding derogatory items to someone’s report makes no sense when we were retained to remove derogatory items from your report.  It goes against everything that we stand for and this has never been something that occurred with you – or any other client.

In fact, a significant amount of those new collections were removed from your report after we put them into dispute.

I see that you were successful in being able to post on Ripoff report and Yelp about our services because they don’t validate your claims.

However, I know that the Sacramento BBB didn’t allow you to post/claim false statements because you were unwilling to furnish your credit report for us to prove that the service we were retained for was provided and met with amazing results for you and your husband.

We did a good job for you, and you, unfortunately, just wanted a free credit repair. The day you charged back your card, we were, again, able to get the majority of those new items you put on removed from your credit report. With us, in total, you alone saw 44 deletions.  

Throughout the process, we instructed you on ways to raise your scores now that your clean start was beginning to become a reality. These steps went ignored and unanswered.

Credit restoration is an amazing thing that gives a lot of people a second change to take back their life and get out of credit prison. Your life, without a doubt, was changed by having those 44 derogatory accounts removed – and at no cost to you in the end.
