Michael Thomas CEOof Panacea Photonics is a medical scam and fraud in business. He screwed led laser flashlight suppliers and then rip off doctors and patients. Michael Thomas Panacea Photonics would disappear after you realize he scams you.
The Antiscam Group in Led&Laser Business which consists of 13(still increasing) led and laser businesses will expose the truth behind him and other scammers. First he bays everything received from you are crap and when you ask him to pay or send back, he disappears. Though he admits he owes monies to you, you would never get him in touch though the products in his hands expires one or two years or longer. He is typical of a cheater.
