Matilda Jane Clothing MJC Credit card fraud, Internet

After several attempts to try and contact this company, through countless emails, phone calls, facebook posts, and twitter posts, they have failed to address this issue with me or other customers that have also addressed severe concern. I'm left with no other option but go this route.  This company is worthless and refuses to accept that they have an ongoing serious problem. I've been a VERY loyal customer for several years now, and not only have I dealt with several issues with their clothing and horrible customer service, I'm now dealing with credit card fraud that has over a 1,000 dollars worth of unauthorized charges and get nothing but blown off by this company.

I have one particular credit card that I use strictly for purchases from Matilda Jane Clothing. In the recent months I've had my credit card hacked not once or twice BUT THREE times. Each time I call the company and get told by Alecia or Kayla that they do not have a problem and their systems are VERY secure. If their systems are so secure why does my credit card keep getting hacked? Any other company would go to the ends of the earth to repair their name, address such a serious issue, and do whatever it takes to make their customers feel more secure about shopping with them, that may mean spending SEVERAL millions of our dollars and upgrading their system to a more secure database and except paypal.

However David and Denise choose to ignore this serious issue which makes me believe that it is them ripping off so many of their loyal customers.. This is a MAJOR issue and one that should not be ignored. Several customers have complained that they do not accept paypal, this is an internal issue, there seems to be no reason why such a big company would not want to secure their site and accept paypal at the request of most of their customers.. I'm now dealing with my credit card company to have the charges investigated however in the meantime my card is blocked and I have over 2,000 worth of unauthorized charges on it. 

Its not enough my child got severe rashes from their China made clothing that nearly put her in the hospital, some customers have even received the surprise of having HUGE dangerous sewing needles showing up in their clothing but now I'm dealing with this. Honestly we are paying an arm and a leg for these clothes and I find I get better quality from walmart. So not only is their clothes endangering our little girls but now we have cc fraud on our hands and they are not doing anything about it. This is unacceptable & I HIGHLY recommend anyone who cares about the wellbeing of their children and finances to STAY FAR AWAY from this company, they are nothing but a SCAM..
