She works with Simon Your experience sounds pretty bad, My clients experience id drfferent Staging prices are good, they did a good job "BUT" I recieved calls and emails daily when i enquired about about a staging that would be happening soon i kept calling or email them back that i would let them know when we were ready for staging. they were so ready to stage at the time ( even though contractors were still in the house painting, remodeling with tools everywhere) they then started asking if they could just drop off the furniture and put in the garage with all the contractors tooks. i made myself clear by reminding them that we wanted to use them but we were not ready yet. I also had to remind them multiple times that their contract said that we would be in breach of contract if the contractors were working on the house while their furniture was there. so after many conversations emails we signed contract 4 or 5 months before the house was ready to be staged... when it was time to stage the house, they didnt show up , and this happened 3 times i did not complain because their pricing is so good and my client and i both knew it becsuse we used them before. it took a few visits to get it staged once the house was staged i noticed bathrooms were not finished and the large 2nd floor deck was not staged like we were promised.. instead of the out door furniture - couch 2 chairs out door rug and plants we got 4 old rusty filthy bar stools after that my client and i called many times and they flat out refused to return our phone calls and we still have never recieved a call but because of the rest of the house was so nice we just let it go after i gave up on thinking they would call they wanted their furniture back even though contract says flat fee until house is sold my client is a sr citizen and does not need to be taken advantage of.. we call and voice mail is always full so we do not know how this will turn out i saw some compaints on yelp i do not know the girl on this complaint but we tried calling her also

This is false information written by Brighton Holdings Group who is delinquent in rent owed to Pacific Real Estate Services. There is currently a judgement owed by them and they are avoiding paying the judgement.
