If you are a Realtor, Real Estate Investor, Attorney or Paralegal and receive a telephone call from (206) 551-8979, an email from earplug1234@aol.com, brstar@aol.com, or shannonnelson@tds,net, do not get involved with these two scam artists. Both are notrious for not paying for services provided! Do not provide any service for either one until you receive a cashier's check, money order or preferably, cash up front!
Joseph Hellstern other d/b/a names: Krakow, LLC (a Delaware LLC, not qualified to do business in the State of Illinois), Terra Homes, Inc., D Enterprises, LLC, Oregon Quality Homes, Inc. Hellerstern has left a trail of bad debts, unpaid bills and he and his partner, Shannon Custer Nelson (of New Glarus, WI).

This recently came to my attention, though I see it was posted months ago. I know who wrote it and now understand why, and will be contacting the writer for a retraction.
I'd like to note that they have breached the Terms of Service for this site by posting "home address(es) or phone numbers), or any other information which violates Ripoff Report's Terms of Service".
And I see that disallowed material also includes slander, which this also is. Does Ripoff Report do any monitoring of comments posted to this site?
