John Ferguson Jr MidSouth Property Services LLC Con Man, psychopath, pathological liar, rip off artist extraordinare Olive Branch Mississippi

John Ferguson Jr is a con man that lives in MS and does a lot of business in the Memphis TN area in property management. He puts a ton of ads up advertising his services for property management. He claims he is licensed to do this BUT HE IS NOT. He MAY OR MAY NOT have a MS real estate license but he DOES NOT have a TN license and he has tried, on several occasions, to practice his business to APPEAR legal by hanging his license in a broker's office but it only lasts a month or two before that broker starts getting a TON of complaints of how John ripped them off and they drop him like a hot potatoe. He claims to have an active LLC but HE DOES NOT. Look it up. It has been inactive since 2009 but his bank account is still open to do business but his LLC is CLOSED because he doesn't want to pay taxes and he wants to NOT have to play by regulators rules because if he does, he then has to face issues when he takes your money. This way, when he takes your money, you can call the Dept of Corporations and report him but they don't care because he is not active with them. You can call the Dept of Real Estate for TN but they don't care because he doesn't have a license with them. You can sue him and WIN but losers like John know how to skirt through life and not pay judgements. That is what con men do, they figure for their worst case scenario so they don't have to pay back people they con. He will literally STEAL your clients security deposits, he will STEAL the rent they paid he is supposed to give you, and where he makes his windfall, is repairs. He will make up bogus repairs and charge you or if they are real, he will overcharge you hundreds of percent. Property managent is frought with crooks because it is so easy to steal from people. MAKE SURE WHOEVER you are dealing with has a license 100% current and have a lot of experience because he has NO LICENSE, no LLC, and he is a piece of garbage. Look up the BBB on him and generally GOOGLE him... His wife's name is Victoria and likely supports his criminal behavior and he has a son named ((REDACTED)) that is able to go to college because of the money his Dad screws people out of. He also has a daughter named ((REACTED)) Everything about this guy is a FRAUD. You have been warned!!!!  Pay back the money you evil horrible sorry excuse for a pathetic human being!
