I am a consumer of Igor's solo ads. I have been given excellent service and products. The complaint to which I am responding appears to be written out of emotion rather than proper consideration.

Most of the time, Dennis, Igor's partner, replies promptly. However, there are very busy times and the consumer needs to be patient, polite, and perhaps try another email to Dennis to remind him.

Igor's service is considered top of the line in the internet marketing business, and is well respected by the top names in the business.

If you are not familiar with the internet marketing arena, you may feel you have been taken advantage of - mostly because you do not understand the business.

My advice:  Learn the business by researching online, asking questions, and above all, being patient.
