Wow! Looks as though this Matt Baker you are referring to is none other than criminal mastermind Matthew Kent Baker of Seattle, WA. I'm sure you're not surprised but that's his ammo; attempting to destroy other people's lives when he doesn't get his way, even if his way is aggresively criminal and contain nothing but lies and deceit. HE NEED TO BE STOPPED! We would LOVE to know more about what this guy has done to you to add it to his list of crimes and deceit. This isamazing..for reading about what he did to you is like reading one of our mini briefings pertaining to several of our victims. Man, does that guy Baker need to be stopped!

So here is the real story. First of all this stupid waste of my time happened like 3 years ago. I am hard money lender in WA and OR. I got a phone call from one of my brokers that reffers me loans that he had a gentleman named Matt Baker, an owner of the Fremont Dock in downtown Seattle and he needed a private deed loan. So I called him vented the deal and liked it, the property was free and clear, it was a commercial building, it generated income. I drive up with a money investor partner and meet with Matt Baker ( A owner ) So during the meeting at the subject we find out that Matt Baker is not on title and also has a 1million dollar judgement from is ex-wife and so he cant sign on the loan. We say ok we need the partner John (The real owner) to sign for the loan. Matt says he will and we leave to start doing the research on the subject property. After I do the starting research my parnter and I could see that there was a deal so I put out a term sheet and asked Matt for a 5k Due Dilligance fee to cover title and an apprasial ect. 1 week later he signed the document for a 700k loan in a 1st position with an interest rate of 12% for two years and wired the money in to the business account. We then opened a title and escrow and ordered an apprasial ( a commercial income apprasial in Downtown Seattle was a cost of 4500). The vaule came in at $1,356,900 so with a 1st deed we were very secure with this deal but John the partner MUST sign because of the HUGE Dead BEAT DAD judgement MAtt Baker could not be on the loan. So we tell Matt we can do the 700k and says we need to meet John the REAL owner an old 80 something Greek man with one foot in the grave. So we drive up from Portland again at the subject property. John has lunch with us and and after lunch tells us we would never sign for a hard money loan he can just go to the bank. Which was news to us? Matt has been telling us all the long that John was in. Not to bore you I think you starting to get where I am going on this transaction. Come to find out Matt was not an Owner but a bartender / marketing guy going broke and was trying to team up with John which has own the Fre mont Dock for like 30 years. I gave Matt and John 7 different loan amount options from 70k up to 700K john just didnt want to borrower with my terms and I understand I am very expensive and i am not for everyone. After months of works with Matt I cut it off because it was never going to happen. In the past three years I have had my life threaten, phone calls all hours of the night, emails craigslist postings and FaceBook and Rioeoff reporrts. ALL the reports are from Matt Baker try to make it look like this is my business Just a couple of months ago I call the police and Matt got the picture. I didnt steal anything from anyone. PS I remember before Matt when crazy and completely broke he call me wanting to borrower like 1200 to buy a pound of weed and I said LOL no F++++++ way dirtbag. OK RIPEOFF PEOPLE there is the real story!
