 Dale Hensel of New Mexico formally out of Texas has taken well over 1.5 Million dollars of investor money. The 1.5 $ Million was to be used for a real estate project. (assisted living facilities). He money allocated to him was not used as he indicated it would be. Mr Hensel has violated his contract(s) and breached on his formal agreement. Investor money is now missing with no explanation. Dale Hensel , Nate Lind , Carla Lee Martinez & Mary Calderwood are all involved in this financial deception and theft.
