Coastline Building Maintenance Gregory Rolando A Business that serves other Businesses, yet preys on them for monetary gain Anaheim California

Despite being a small business owner himself who should understand the difficulty in navigating the overwhleming regulatory environment, the owner of Coastline Building Maintenance in Anaheim California, Gregory Rolando, prefers instead to shake down small business owners for Per Se compliance violations. He recently sent a demand letter to a Riverside gun range demanding thousands of dollars since they had the audacity to offer a "Ladies Night" where ladies got to use a range lane for free. Basically $15 in free services to encourage more women to join the sport since they are under-represented.  The gun range agreed to eliminate ladies night as a concession  to Gregory Rolando's threatended litigation over this nonsense, but that was not good enough for Gregory Rolando. He still demanded thousands of dollars in a settlement for restitution, despite suffering no damages himself.  Professional litigants are the parasites that destroy good businesses and people's livelihoods. Gregory Rolando ought to be ashamed of himself for extorting small businesses on what is likely a frequent basis.  As a business owner myself who has had to deal with such parasitic scumbags as Gregory Rolando of Coastline Building Maintenance in Anaheim California, I thought it important to warn others.  Gregory Rolando wants access to your business to service it. I would expect he would look for minor compliance violations while there, and extort your business by threatending litigation unless you pay up.  This seems to be his MO.   Business owners should not support any professional litigant a**hole like Mr. Rolando and Coastline Building who preys on fellow business owners in such a frivilous manner. Although he is within his rights to be such a p****, actions have consequences Mr. Rolando!  I am not in any way affiliated with the gun range he is shaking down, but wanted to expose Gregory Rolando's lack of character.  Businesses are defined from the top down, so I'm sure Coastline Business Maintenance reflects the poor character of its owner!
