James Marnley (AKA Jade Smith James Marley etc) and Leigh Marnley pretented to be a online businesses seller, he presented himself as ebay businesses seller and convinced us to buy an ebay business from him.
He sent us a "contract" saying we will send him 2000GBP via bank transfer and he will supply a business within 5 business days.
In the last 4 months we tried to contact him in any possible way, he doesn't answer in any way although he keeps scamming people - we contacted over 50 individuals world wide that the Marnley family scammed in tens of thousands of British Pounds. We have contacted the UK police asking to open investigation against this serial scammer.
We look for anyone who have been a victim to this scam to file a civil law suit to retrieve our money.

James taylor this time. New name and He is at it again with new businesses and websites

Yes. This cretin is at it again selling pipedreams and dodgy deals across the wider internet and throughout the UK and Europe. This time as james taylor. He has a few people onboard working from now doing the same thing and it all links back to him and all smells like James kevin marnley scams. The unmistakable stench of eBay accounts being sold without eBay's permission and dropshipping websites being set up that makes zero money that he gets people to make on fiverr. You don't need to buy anything from a con man like James. All the people that he's wronged are coming after him one way or another and he wont escape justice for his scams. Recent picture of him is attached but plenty of them on the web also.
