I can understand why IDI doesn't want you using their name in your sales tactic. Currently they still have a satisfactory BBB rating and the more people know they are supplying service the more people will go to them for refunds. They don't want that now do they? A very SAD attempt to stay hidden as well.

2. Home must also be absolutely "FREE AND CLEAR" of all leins, encumbrances, and any right of redemptions.



3. The cost of the home shall not exceed $1000.00. This should not be a problem for any legitimate Real Estate training company, because according to their sales pitches and claims, there's an absolute abundance of these homes.



Think about it Colon! Possibly up to $9,000.00 profit on each and every home. More than the amount of "available credit" most people have on their credit cards. LMAO at Colon.



No legitimate Real Estate "mentoring" program would even consider turning down this offer. This is way to easy of a task for any legitimate Real Estate "mentoring" program to walk away from.

Go to bbb.org website: http://search.bbb.org/search.html, type in America's Note Network in the name box, hit search. This is where I found the info the first time. Something similar is listed on the Auctions for Income, AZ report. When I was researching the AFI in Chino CA it had an UNSATISFACTORY listing but the AZ was new at the time. I just checked and the AZ is now listed as UNSATISFACTORY and the CA location has an F rating as CA BBB has changed their reporting standard. Either way it isn't good.



Scroll down on the America's Note Network report and take a look at: Licensing, Additional Business Names, phone numbers, addresses, company management, & EDUCATIONAL COMMENTS. All comments are important but to answer your question, look at the 4th * paragraph. Check with your own state: most states require telemarketers to be registered in the state they are selling in. So if they are based in UT and calling any other state, if the other state requires them to be registered and they are not, that too is a violation.



I found the FTC requirement while researching AFI/NMR. I printed out everything I found. It became my personal education & proof of how a real business is to operate and what the FTC considers scams or scam tactics/operations & Fraud.



When they called they told me they were Auctions for Income Success Team, then when I found undisclosed info/expenses and inquired who they were and how they were connected to AFI they told me they were The Summit Group, couldn't find any BBB info under that name but further research disclosed them as Summit Consulting = UNSATISFACTORY BBB rating. I think that spells LOSER appropriately. If they were above board they wouldn't be hiding behind other names so one must ask; what is this company hiding from & why? I would say they are hiding from consumer's opportunity to see who they really are, from consumers finding ripoff reports and UNSATISFACTORY BBB reports. At time of sale they hid behind IDI and IDI's BBB report, not disclosing who they truly were. It is fraudulent to let people think they are doing business with one company when in fact they are made up of several companies. I've read reports where they have tried to deny refunds saying that a company that is contracted for one or more services does not give refunds. You don't get that information when they are making the sale. They pressure sell, and sell even harder when you want out.



Summit uses NMR/PMI as their mentors (PMI = UNSATISFACTORY rating, they use the same phone numbers and web sites. nmrcoaching.com is the same as pmicoaching.com. On the front web page they deal with real estate which turned out to be America's Note Network = UNSATISFACTORY rating at the time of my research. Inside their pages their web pages they sell StoresOnline banners.



Colton Moody wants to name call - loser as he put it once again you prove to everyone that the customer will never be right. Not everyone makes it through you because not everyone gets proper service. When they become aware of all the undisclosed/hidden costs of product, service, and renewal expenses as they work through your program and want out of your program; because they can get the info for free via internet and can get services for a fraction of the cost you charged them, they get out & Request a refund. Then you hide behind the ridiculous 3 day right to rescind, which is only there for persons who feel they made a bad decision and regret/change their mind before receiving anything. Some have cancelled within the 3 days and still have difficulty getting their refunds. The rest are disputing what was sold vs. what they received including what wasn't disclosed. I won !!! - I did get all my money back thanks to purchasing the ripoff report book, thanks to me for going directly to IDI and not putting up with Summit, thanks to me for all the months of research I did - reading countless reports here & researching BBB info for Internet Treasure Chest, StoresOnline, Auctions for Income, PCS Professional Consulting Services, Marketing Solutions International, Genesis Media, Consolidated Marketing Group, OnlineSupplier, Motivational Fulfillment & Packaging Services, Quetico, Quatico, The Tax Club, IDI - Internet Development Inc, idiglobal.com, Summit Consulting as well as researching all of their DBA names etc.), & thanks to IDI for refunding all of my money, no thanks appropriate for Summit Consulting. Most have BBB reports and some are not members of the BBB but the BBB has reports if consumers are reporting them. Some have reports filed on ripoff & other consumer complaint sites.. Reading and comparing information you will see how many of the businesses are involved with each other. Matching information from ripoff reports to your own experience gives legal substance to your own claim. Keep reading, watching, & filing reports. As soon as enough dirt is dug up and enough reports are filed the legal authorities will take action just like they did against Internet Treasure Chest & StoresOnline & others. AFI's business practice is very similar to Interent Treasure Chest. Once people have taken the bait, then they get follow up calls from PCS or Summit or someother mentor company and told that the secret to success is through them for thousands of dollars. SAD



Colton Moody claims to know John Beck - well I guess you can judge by the company one keeps. He also said, but I will not undignified myself with further responses as shown above in his comments. You've done a find job showing your lack of dignity all by yourself by how you do business as proven by the countless people that have reported your business. I'm sure you enjoy your UNSATISFACTORY rating. I wish you would have let me know about it at time of sale. Ah but you were hiding out ! You've been found out, no more hiding behind AFI, IDI and you may try to hide behind some other business name but eventually at the cost of unsuspecting consumers you will be exposed again.



There is a lot of info on these boards about Beck, you will have to invest your time and do the reading research. When you type in John Beck (there are 4 pages of reports, actually more because many people tag on to other reports rather than filing their own) or type in Mentoring of America, Mentoring Institute of America, Amazing Profits --- LOOK at all the different business names, package name, addresses, phone numbers of the reports, use that to do more internet, yellow pages & BBB research.



My advice remains the same: When people you don't know, call you requesting you give them hundreds or thousands of your hard earned income = easy answer = NO. You don't know who they are, you can't drive down the street o speak with them face to face, they can't/won't back up their outrageous claims of fortune = scam based on FTC guidelines. If some people actually become successful with these, well great, more power to them, but to me they are asking you to play the lottery for big bucks. Lottery based because only the smallest percentage of people get to be successful to feed their infomercials, (some reports have claimed that the successful people are insiders, they work within these companies ) the rest just get to lose their money and make them rich. Some fight hard to get their money back and don't, others manage to get some kind of a refund, some 100% of their money is refunded but not unless they spend the research time, file countless reports online, & with local, state, & federal agencies.



I've heard radio commercials, part of the script says you can earn money while sitting at home in your underwear. I forget which report I read but the FTC stopped one of them from using that and other misleading claims.



Consumers Beware! Get on your email, ask your friends, families, business acquaintances to: Before you buy anything, locally, e-book, email, internet or TV infomercial purchases: check them out at ripoffreport.com, check if they have a BBB listing. Spend some time here, it is great advice, lots of scam watching & reporting done here. Before you buy anything, research where and who you plan on giving your money to. The FTC has a list of great questions to ask. You won't be sorry you took the precautions.



Research the business phone numbers, addresses. It is amazing what you can find. Type in just the business name and see what comes up. Type in just a phone number or an address. When researching, using one element can turn up interesting results. File your reports, disclose all business names, DBA names, names of the people you have been dealing with, product titles, phone numbers, and fax numbers. File on ripoff, the BBB and any other local, state & federal agency. Many have on-line reports available to fill out. Keep emotion out of it, stick to the facts !!!!! of your experience.



Interested in consumer advocacy, file your reports and let your friend & family know about ripoff, FTC & other sites !!!! Too many scams operations are getting rich off the backs of hard working folks.

This request is very reasonable for an "attorney" who posesses a listing containing "literally thousands" of properties (as stated in his Infomercial) to choose from.



If and when John Beck does, he shall contact me through a rebuttal and I will purchase the property for 10 times the amount.



You heard me correctly! I will purchase the property for 10 times the amount, leaving him with a heafty profit of nine grand. I'm even willing to take back every word I said about him. I'd be willing to forgive and forget.



1. What does he have to lose? Nothing! He only has much to gain. He'll win believers, by proving his programs to be legitimate.



2. Would a retail chain, that makes such bold claims ever let such an opportunity to back up their claims slip away? Never! Let's allow these genetic imbreeds to prove their programs worthless themselves.

1. Programs are not proven "success systems" which are duplicatable as you suggest in your sales pitches.



2. Advertising is very misleading, sales pitches, "earning potential" and "success stories" are unsubstantiated, unproven and not backed up by anything.



3. Business is located in the scam capitol of the world.



4. Reports here have not been resolved and explained properly for the public to see and will more than likely continue to accumulate, just as any reports regarding a scam would.



5. Owner has come forward to insult someone, while desperately attempting to turn the blame of his scams unsuccess on the victim. Yeeaaah nice! At least we know the scams operation is professional. LOL.

He didn't know what to do, so I told him to get involved with one of our real estate programs. After two years of immersing himself in the program he is doing very well. In 2004 he flipped 13 properties with profits over $130,000, in his first full year of working the foreclosure market. He had no experience in real estate whatsoever, yet he, with the help of our program, has done very well. His goals are much bigger for 2005!!



REID: My story is much better... One day after a long days work, I dropped by a local pub and happened to stumble across a really good friend of mine George Costanza, who told me about a wierd sexual fantasy he had.



His fantasy involved family members. I took George under my wing and enrolled him into my stop weird fantasies "mentoring" program.



Today George Costanza is living somewhere in Utah with his wife and two beautiful daughters and has a good job selling bogus Real Estate programs. He's a very nice guy.



Well obviously! He get's paid a hefty commission by enrolling people into bogus Real Estate programs. His commissions however, are nowhere near what he could possibly make using the programs he shovels. Does this story sound made up? If so, read your stupid rebuttal.



COLTON: There are many others whom do well.



REID: How many people have done well using your program? Can you prove it? How many people have failed as opposed to succeeded using your program? Can you prove it?



COLTON: What it takes is some tenacity and work ethic.



REID: True, however you forgot to mention one thing, a legitimate program would be helpful.



COLTON: If someone has these qualities, we want to provide them with information to get them moving in the right direction.



REID: WHY??? If your programs are legit, why not first help out the ones you love? Why are you shoveling your unproven crap to total strangers? Are you willing to back up your claims and programs?
