Sciencelab.com Charged my credit card immediately and took 2 months to ship only a partial order Houston Texas

On April 1 I placed an on line order for a distilling apparatus and a chemistry kit. My account was charged on the day of the order and after several weeks I called check the status of my order and was told it was on back order. They said it would ship by the 20th and would be expedited. At the end of April I called again and was told the items were still on back order. ScienceLab never once called me or emailed me to let me know what was going on.

I made numerous attempts to call them only to get a general voice message system. When I would leave messages, no one ever called me back. At some point I was able to actually talk to someone named Nichole, who said she'd check on it and call me back right away. She never called back.

Finally, after almost two months, I left a message saying that I wanted to cancel the order and to please refund my money ASAP, or I would report them. No one ever once called or emailed me, but several days later UPS delivered a package containing the distilling apparatus, but missing the chemistry kit. Since then I have several more unsuccessful attempts to contact them. They owe me over $220, and Monday it have gone into the third month since I placed the order.
