This Company and its Principals have committed fraud and deceptive practices in direct violation of Federal and Florida State laws. Several franchisees have been victimized. Any others who have fallen victim to these scammers should contact: bizjuirs@gmail.com
Individuals have lost their businesses: have had their marriges ended or terribly impacted; and at least in one instance, have had to seek help through bankruptcy!
Any others who fallen victim to these scammers by this and other possible scams or have had any similar problems with Paul Rosarius; Cynthia Rosarius; his various companies (some of which are listed above); and his staff should contact the firm that is going after these highly experienced con artists, and that is BizJuris Associates; bizjuris@gmail.com.
