This article will probably burst some bubbles! However, this information is from my personal experiences with Jaguar/Predator Marketing and Alan Turnquist. First of all, let me establish some creditability. I am a retired United States Air Force officer with over 22 years service to our country and have owned two traditional businesses and have over 15 years experience in network marketing.
On approximately 15 July 2008, I was sent an email and then contacted by a lady (account executive) selling a complete marketing system, Jaguar Marketing. I was curious, we only chatted for a few minutes and she got an individual on the phone who she said owned the company, Mr. Al Turnquist. Al said that this was a complete marketing system with GREAT support. I listened to his pitch, called a sizzle call, looked at the website and information and called him back.
I asked him some very pointed questions about the level of support provided in his business and he assured me that he has daily training classes for account executives (these are the people that we would hire) and weekly meetings with site owners. He also assured me that he is willing to help everyone in any way he can to become successful. I said that his website seemed very confusing, disorganized and difficult to use. He responded that there is a lot of information here and that I would be walked through it by my sponsor. Also, he said that there was nothing to worry about because I had a 45 day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. (Does this sound familiar to any of you?)
Finally, I looked on scam.com and ripoffreport.com and saw very little negative about Jaguar/Predator Marketing and Alan Turnquist. I thought with the promised support that this might be a good program, so I joined. BIG MISTAKE!!!
The following experiences with Jaguar/Predator Marketing and Al Turnquist will show you why I know the company and the man to be a SCAM and FRAUD. I want EVERYONE to BEAWARE of the FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING and the LACK OF SUPPORT HE AND HIS COMPANY PROVIDES.
I joined Jaguar Marketing on approximately 20 July 2008. My sponsor contacted me on the first day and said that I would be receiving a welcome email from Kim who sets up the accounts. (This is Al's daughter)
Two days went by and I still had not received an email from Kim, so I called my sponsor and asked him what to do. He gave me my ID number and showed me how to login to my website. He said for me to just look through all the information and get started. I was excited so I jumped in and started reading and looking at everything. The website contains a massive amount of information and the material is disorganized and haphazardly put together in some places.
Without support and guidance you can get caught-up in reading and doing things and it can literally take you weeks or months to get organized and get your business started. I called Kim several times and could not get a call back or an e-mail. I called my sponsor and he was little to NO HELP. However, through some contacts on my Jaguar website I am able to call a helpful person, let's say D.B. and talk with him. He shares information about getting organized and automated and that this will cost an extra $726.00 to be paid to him.
I've already paid $3,995.00 and I'm desperate to get my business started and conclude that this additional outlay of money is just the price of doing business. I agree to spend this extra money and it takes about 10 days to get all of the needed components set-up and get my business started. Finally, I get an email from Kim on 4 August 2008.
Here is my response to the email asking for a call from Al or my money back:

Hi Kim,
Thank You for giving me D. contact information today. This is the information I have NEEDED for THREE WEEKS! I highly recommend that you put a link or her information on your welcome letter.
I have WASTED very valuable TIME with the starting of the Jaguar Marketing System PROGRAM. Site Owners MUST have an organized way to get NEW Buyers started. I knew this company had to be MORE organized than the information that I was given from my sponsor. I need some HELP with the Jag program and would appreciate A LEADER giving me a call or I want my money back. Please call me at 423-___-_____ or 423-___-_____.
Regards,
Steve C.
On 5 August 2008, I received a call from Al Turnquist. I told him that I was very unhappy with my sponsor and the lack of support I had received since joining the Jaguar Marketing Program and that I wanted my money back. He said that he understood and for me not to worry that he would become my NEW sponsor and that he would help me. Also, he told me that he was in the process of setting up a call center in Florida that would help site owners close deals.
I took Al at his word and spent numerous hours learning and working the $10K Program portion of my business. I learned how to place ads for Account Executives (A.E.) with Craig's list. I placed numerous free ads; three paid ads and started hiring Account Executives. Through Jaguar training you are led to believe that hiring Account Executives are easy and usually a one time ordeal. WATCHOUT, learning to post and getting your ads to stick on Craig's list is a complete nightmare and very time consuming. I hired 28 account executives from mid-August till the last of October. The program was so complex to learn and the training by Al Turnquist was minimal and unorganized. All but two of the 28 account executives that I hired quit within their first or second week. I and the remaining two account executives (one was a very close friend and business associate for the past 12 years) were working hard contacting people and trying to sell several Jaguar Marketing systems before I was to enter the hospital for surgery on 04 November 2008. We tried on several occasions to contact Al, Kim or someone for help/support and were unable to get anyone on the phone. From 30 October 2008 to 03 November 2008 we generated over 35 calls to Al Turnquist's home phone and cell phone. We left message after message (most of the time his mail box was full) and I sent several emails asking for his help. No one responded to our calls or e-mails. I DO NOT KNOW HOW MANY SALES I LOST BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF SUPPORT FROM AL TURNQUIST. AT THIS POINT, I AM THANKFUL THAT I DID NOT SALE ANY! I WOULD HATE TO HAVE OTHER PEOPLE GO THROUGH THE SAME PROBLEMS I AM CONFRONTING. Since Al Turnquist became my sponsor I have had very little contact with him. Al has ignored most of my phone calls and e-mails. As a last resort on 06 November 2008 I logged into the Jaguar training website and requested that he contact me about my refund on the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. He said that this was neither the place nor time to discuss such matters. I said I agree but this is the ONLY place that I can get your attention or contact you. He said that he would check into the matter and get back with me. I did not get a phone call or an e-mail from Al so on 8 November 2008 I logged into the training site and confronted him. He called me immediately after the training meeting. I told Al that I wanted my money back and he can go his way and I will go my way without any problems. He said that he would look into the matter of my refund again and get back with me. I never heard from Al and on 3 December 2008 I sent him this email.
Alan Turnquist,
I am very sorry about your son and hope he recovers and does very well. However, I have a situation that needs YOUR URGENT ATTENTION.
I am very disappointed in your lack of follow-up and follow through concerning my Platinum REFUND. Obviously, your Jaguar GUARANTEE is worthless. YOU have ignored several e-mails and phone calls concerning this matter. I have no concern to take this matter any further than the REFUND OF MY MONEY.
HOWEVER, you have left me NO CHOICE. If I have not personally heard from YOU by Friday, December 5th about my refund, you leave me NO RECOURSE but to take further action to recoup my money. The actions that I will take are not THREATS but ways to work towards getting my money back.
I will first launch a FRAUD ALERT about Alan Turnquist and Jaguar Marketing on the internet. Next, I will contact the Attorney General of Florida and file a fraud claim. Finally, I will contact the FBI concerning FRAUD and the IRS about unscrupulous BUSINESS PRACTICES. Once I start this recourse to get my money refunded there will be no stopping it until a FULL investigation from ALL agencies.

Finally, on 9 December 2008 Al gave me a call and said that I was over my 45 days and I was not getting a refund and to do whatever I felt I had to do.
So here I am doing what I have to do!!!!
For the following reasons I feel Jaguar/Predator Marketing and Al Turnquist is a SCAM and FRAUD:
1. I asked for and never received a receipt for the purchase of the Jaguar Marketing system at $3,995.00
2. In my first three weeks as a Jaguar Marketing System owner I received no information from the company.
3. In purchasing the Jaguar Marketing system there was a Real Estate course that was included in the price that I never got and as far as I know was never developed---FALSE ADVERTISING
4. In the Jaguar Marketing movie, Al Turnquist and Jaguar Marketing falsely advertises that you can do Jaguar Marketing in 30 minutes a day and ALL you have to do when you have a prospective buyer of the Jaguar System is to call his people and they will close the deal for YOU. Also, indicating that you will have all the help and support that you need
5. I contacted Al Turnquist in my 45 days and asked for a REFUND in writing
6. After getting no help or support from the company or my sponsor Al Turnquist personally told me that he would become my sponsor and HELP ME and MY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES close deals. Al never helped ONE TIME!
7. The lack of follow-up and follow through with Al Turnquist and Jaguar/Predator Marketing is deplorable
8. It is my belief that Al Turnquist LEGALLY OWES ME A REFUND and simply CHOOSES not to honor his MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and believes that he will SUFFER NO CONSEQUENCES for his CHOICE.
