Pool Tables Direct ,Ultimate Game Room Co, The Sold me a pool table. I have not recieved the product after 6 months. They dont have the money to give me a refund. Monument, Colorado

After not receiving the table I ordered after 14 weeks, I contacted the company by phone. I was then told their production was behind because of "backups in their factory due to many orders" which had recently come in. In reality again, they could not nor intended on "custom making" these tables. I then proceeded to contact the company again, and they responded with the attached e-mail. After contacting them by phone again, they informed me a complete refund would be sent immediately, and they apologized for the trouble.

Several days later, I received another e-mail which said that their company had to "Just let our customers know, we have been in a cash flow crunch due to the delays we suffered from not getting the shipments of tables we were promised from our factories. " I have recently been contacted by at least a dozen other people who are waiting for refunds.

I was contacted by an informant to the company WHICH HE said the truth was they have no money to get the tables from china. I was told they are trying to get a loan to give refunds, but that has not happened.

I trusted them and paid in full three thousand dollars, and they spent my money and did not even have a pool table to give me. THATS STEALING!

The pool table that customer ordered from us is a fully customized table and due to that fact these tables may take longer to arrive.

We can offer the customer a more expensive table that is in stock. His custom table is on the way or he can call the customer service line and get the Avondale table which is priced at $2700 which is approximately $1000 more than what he paid for the custom table.

Please have the customer call our customer service line so we can quickly resolve his issues.

I wish they would realize they have no Tables, and are just taking money and never actually making these tables themselves. In fact they are just getting them from CHINA.
