It seems as if Mr. Christan Dillon, Esq. AKA USMAC, Marc R.Toe, UFirst, and who knows who else is a man of many faces. It is illegal for an attorney or law office to cold call or use a press 1 campaingn to gain clients. The office of USMAC cold calls for Mr. Dillon as a loan mod company then sends out Dillon's retainer agreement. It is also illegal for an attorney to be a part of multible companies doing the same type of buisness, like loan modifications. Very suspiciously his website www.cdloanmod.com is now Marc R. Toe and USMAC says they are a Law Firm operated by Christian Dillon. But wait, if you call his office (the loan modification department) you can't get to him ever. Aside from the fact when you look him up on the state bar website you can see this guy's no angel. http://members.calbar.ca.gov/search/member_detail.aspx?x=89376
When you call USMAC or UFirst they say they are a Law Firm and half the guys don't know who the attorney is. He is partner with the owner of CityWide Mortgage and they have an infomercial our with again another attorney. They claim they have done 4,000 loan modifications. Mr. Dillonn also solicits loan mod companies to do their processing claiming 60 processors. Bottom line is these companies do not apear to be legit and Mr. Dillon has some explaining to do to the California State Bar as to how many companies he's tied to in the same field. Feel free to call Marc R. Toe and ask what cdloanmod stands for. If you call the office just ask to come in for a meeting to see the attorney and see what happens.

Christian Dillon does not do anything but is a front or an employee to say they are a law office. Scott Gimble (also known as Scott S) is the real owner. He is what you would expect a crook they do not care who they help or if they do help anyone. The only reason they have a lawyer is to collect the money upfront and say its retainer for the Lawyer and they will not need to refund your money. Christian Dillon is actually a salaried employee nothing more.

Taylor,
Thanks for your post. I took your advice and called Mr. Dillon's office directly for an explanation. The lady gave me another number for a different branch. At first when I called the girl told me she had no idea who Ufirst Direct was. I demanded more information since this company they never heard of sent me a contract to sign with her law firm's name on it and wanted $4000 of my dollars. She put me through to another guy who told me they are trying to distance themselves from the Ufirst Direct company and would help me directly for only $3495. He was very knowledgeable and kind but I'm still not sure. I don't want to lose my home to foreclosure but I can't afford to get scammed either.
Whatever I decide to do I am going to do my homework for sure. I'll keep you posted.

there's more to the scam with Christian Dillon and Ufirst

I received a mail solicitation for National Debt Relief Initiative a couple of months back. Turns out they are Ufirst Direct I called the place and spoke to someone (who no longer works there). He sent me an email with a link to the Better Business Bureau to convince me they weren't a scam. It seems this Dillon character also does business under the name of Foreclosure Relief Center in Dana Point, CA. When I checked it, the guy had a B rating. I didn't have the $4000 they wanted to help me so I had to hold off.
Last week I called back and they told me they were no longer rated by BBB. This was an outright lie. I found the link in the initial e-mail and discovered this guy now has a D rating for ripping people off.
