Just got this letter in the mail dated November 28, 2008 Ref DWR/00809S
Informing me that I just won $ 57,000, which included a check for $ 3,989.85 for administrative taxes and clearance fees for winnings. I am suppose to call a number in canada (514-571-0439) and ask for Catherine Anderson my claim number is US/CA/ZDS49-00G. I did a web search on BIP financial Services and they have nothing to do with this type of scam in fact they don't even have a claim specialist name Susan Shelton . so if you get this type of letter beware.
