Unfortunatly i was a former employee at Dealers National Auto Warranty until i found out the vast amount of trickery and flat out lies and scams they used to get customers. They use an automated caller that calls people, alot of these people are on the DNC list. They answer the calls and if you ask right away what the company name is, they will tell you Warranty Division of America which is not true. They tell you that so if you are someone who is going to file a complaint from being called so much, you will not have the correct name.

The sign on the front of the building says World American LLC. They sell a DURALUBE product/warranty that has been proven to be a scam. If you have a warranty that has anything to do with duralube, cancel it immediatly. They basically cycle through calls until they get a vulnerable person to sell it to and if the customer starts to ask questions they will flat out lie about what parts are covered.

Anyone who is reading this spread the news, if you recieve a call about warranty it is more than likely a scam, never purchase until u have done research. If u have purchased a warranty through this company i am very sorry. You can contact this company to cancel or make complaints at 1-888-231-1310 or a local number is 417-206-0167.

The owners are Frank and Brett Settle (aka Jonathan Brett Settle ) Cell numbers are 417-317-1150 for Frank and 417-540-3606 for Brett. The businesses physical address is 1515 W. 10th St. in Joplin, MO. 64801. The son, Brett, frequently smokes marijuana and drinks and supplies alcohol to people in the building while they work, so if you have ever recieved a phone call and heard loud music that is why. I could not believe what i was seeing and that a business like this could even exist. I have tried to contact the MO. attorney general but have been unsuccessful so far. This business has to be stopped.

Extremely Happy Customer

AUTHOR: anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 10, 2010

I am a customer of World American, LLC/ DEALERS NATIONAL AUTO WARRANTY and have been reading these reports and have to admit they made me a bit worried, so I did some research and found out that they are a VERY good company and they do have a B- rating on the BBB.  My experience with them has been great!  Not many companies would warranty a car with almost 100,000 miles on it, but they did. What's more, is that I have had my car in the shop 3 times and every claim I have submitted has been paid on with no problem what-so-ever.

I noticed there are also several postings on this site for a different company with a similar name, but different state and/or cities.  These should be removed and applied to the correct company. This will help other customers to see that World American, LLC/DEALERS NATIONAL AUTO WARRANTY does help people like me and has very nice people working for them.

thank you

THIS HAS BEEN POSTED FOR THE WRONG COMPANY

AUTHOR: anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 10, 2009

WE ARE NOT NATIONAL DEALERS AUTO WARRANTY...

The name of our company IS  DEALERS NATIONAL AUTO WARRANTY... and the rating on the BBB is a "B".  I do not know why people can constantly look up the name of a company incorrectly and actually post something about them which is completely false!!! You can look us up by both names World American LLC or Dealers National Auto Warranty and will find that the rating is the same, as of Dec 9th the rating is a B.  In over 2 years there has only been 34 complaints and most of them are not about us, they are about the actual warranty companies, we were only the selling agent for these companies.

HAD THIS BEEN CHECKED AT ALL BY THIS RIP OFF SITE, SOMEONE WOULD HAVE KNOTICED THAT IT WAS POSTED UNDER THE WRONG COMPANY'S NAME!!!

Very High BBB Rating???

AUTHOR: Paul R. - (United States of America)

Here is the link to the BBB report on National Dealers Warranty Inc:

http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/business-reviews/auto-service-contract-companies/national-dealers-warranty-in-saint-peters-mo-310030296

Just some excerps:

"The BBB has received numerous complaints regarding this extended vehicle service contract broker."

"BBB Rating

Based on BBB files, this business has a BBB Rating of F on a scale from A+ to F."

"332 complaints filed against business" as of today, December 8, 2009.

There have already been some lawsuits against National Dealers Warranty Inc., but I find this most interesting (again, from the BBB page):

"Koster's suits charge the businesses with unfair and deceptive practices violations. Some were also charged with violations of Missouri's No-Call law. In addition, he charged National Dealers Warranty with violation of a prior Consent Judgment and Permanent Injunction issued by the Circuit Court of St. Charles County in 2008."

In other words, they won't even obey a court order!

Great company?  HARDLY!   They'll be in the news again, for a certainty.   Look for it in the coming days in the greater Cincinnati area.

VERY HIGH BBB RATING

AUTHOR: anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 21, 2009

After reading this report about the company that sold me my warranty, I feel that I need to set the record straight.  I have been nothing but greatly satisfied with them.  They DID NOT do any of the things to me stated in the report at all.  As a matter of fact, I found them to be very pleasant, helpful and informative.  I've had a few things wrong with my car and have had no problems with having my Duralube claims approved whatsoever.  The customer service is always willing to help with any questions, and the salesman was wonderfully patient with me since I am up in age and needed everything explained to me in detail before I purchased my warranty.

I also looked them up on the BBB site to check if any of this could be true and found their BBB RATING VERY HIGHThat tells me a lot about a company!  I wouldn't believe anything you read on this rip off report.

SLANDER BY A TERMINATED EMPLOYEE

AUTHOR: anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 21, 2009

The report filed by the former employee is completely false. I have worked for World American for almost a year now and can attest that absolutely nothing this former employee stated was true at all.  In fact, this report was filed after the employee was terminated. He was upset about being fired and has taken it out on what is a great company.  This is nothing more than SLANDER and should be treated as such.

Great Company

AUTHOR: Linda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 16, 2009

I have worked for this company for some time now. I know this company to be a very respectable business. I work for the customer service department and I will tell you that we have had nothiing but good compliments about Dealers National Auto Warranty/World American when ever anything has been said. I also know that whenever I have walked into either sales or customerservice departments, it has been none other than anwonderful experience and I hope to continue to grow with the company and also to continue developing a wonderful career

I have also worked for Nealers National Auto Warranty/World American LLC for quite a long time now and I would describe them as nothing less than honest. They exhibit the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in every aspect. My decision to work here was partly based on the high moral fiber that I saw during my interview. This company is one of the best places I have had the pleasure of working and uphods the highest standards and ethics. There is a creed that is strictly followed by all amployees regarding courteous, polite and honest behavior. Frank Settle is both highly respected and well known throught the community and practives what he believes, as are al the Settle family members. Jonathan Brett Settle is also thought very highly of and has a reputation as a young professional gentleman who exhibits the same high standards. Anything less than quality care for our customers by all employees is not tollerated, and therefore, makes this company truly a pleaure to work for. Being a customer service supervisor, I hear all sorts of comments throughout the day and can honestly say I have never felt so good about a company I've worked at before. Customers constantly tell me how helpful we are and how polite and concerned the agents are about matching the right policy with what the customer's needs are. Our auto service contracts are outstanding. I consider myelf lucky to be a part of such a great company and plan on being here for a very long time.
