Izumi Von Hardenberg Bait and Switch, then steal your money!!!! New York New York

After finding an add on Craigs list to rent a NYC apartment I emailed the reservations department regarding the add. I was informed the apartment was available and what the price would be. I was then told to Paypal a deposit in order to reserve the apartment. I did so on Friday. On MOnday I was told the apartment I reserved was unavailabe and then offered a different apartment in a different location for a higher price. I said no and wanted a refund of my deposit. I was then informed my file had been lost. I sent all info and again asked for my refund. I was then told it had been sent. I informed her it had not and requested my refund again and was then sent a couple of senseless mumbo jumbo emails. I sent her notice if my refund was not received by a specific time and date I would file a series of actions against her. I received no refund by the specific date. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, IC3, Paypal, Craigslist and I have informed the IRS this woman is not claiming the money she STEALS and calls "deposits". She then sent me an email that Paypal will pay me since I filed a claim. DO NOT SEND THIS PERSON ANY MONEY or even think about staying at her apartments. I have since found out her business name has changed 3 times, gee I wonder why! If you have already been ripped off by Ms. Hardenberg, contact the agencies I have and put an end to her stealing. She baits you by telling you the apartment is available then switches the apartment and wants more money and wants to put you in a different location. If you don't go with her plan, she flat out tries to steal your deposit. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM HER OR NYC Rentals!!!
