Biltmore Who's Who Scam Artists - consumers please beware Hollywood Florida

I wish I had done my research sooner regarding this company. I have worked very hard for my career and when I received a letter in the mail stating Biltmore Who's Who wanted me as a member, I was very excited. I received a phone call with a short interview in which they requested my payment. I was told that a book with the member information was included as part of the package and I had no choice and would be "billed" for the book the following month.

The following month came, no book, no invoice, no bill, however, they did take the money out of my account. At this point, I knew this company was a complete scam. I started my research and found many many complaints regarding this company (which has only been in business since 2006) all stating the same as I was. They were "ripped off". I have called several times and left messages, none of which were returned, I finally emailed the company and the infamous "Sandra C" returned my email immediately saying that a credit had been issued and she was "researching" my information. Well if a credit had been issued I would have received it within 24 hours. None had been issued.

When I told Sandra what her company did was wrong she became rude and hostile toward me. (I have the email to prove this statement) There are over 40 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau to date. I wonder if Tiger Woods knows they are using his name as a "honoree member".

Please don't be like me do your research first and then make your own decision.
