ESBI Billing Via Verizon Third party charges from unknown service provider 4 services which I have not authri Dunedin Florida

Being billed for third party service provider for services not recieved. ESBI, a service company that no one seems to know who they are, and has very limited info about them on the net, has billed me via Verizon.

After trying to make contact with ESBI to no avail, I contacted Verizon(my telephone-internet server) who told me that they had no chouice but to bill me because the government told them they must, so there are many people who recieve these charges will pay them without question, but being a person of modest means, I scrutinize every billing that I recieve.

Have talked to Verizon a couple of times to get this straghtened out, but have been told that there is a process that I must go through. There is a disclaimer on the billing that says that my telephone service will not be interupted if I should not pay this bill, but that I may have legal action taken against me by the biller. I have a sneaking suspicion, since all of the colors on this report, are Verizon colors, that this message will be read by Verizon, the very company that I question. So for that reason, I am making copies of this report to share with my friends ,and neighbors, and others. Guess the only way i will find out for sure is if there is positive actions taken, as there hasn't been any yet..
