Well I am an actual customer. A very angry dissatisfied customer whom katarina ripped off big time. Last fall i had a very bad break up with my boyfriend and my life just fell apart. Like an idiot I went to katerina. And like an idiot I trusted her. I had her do a karma spell, a return of lover spell and another I can't remember the name of.
In the grand scheme of so called psychics Katerina does not charge as much as the others. Well i can tell you right now the karma spell was a big flop. That one is supposed to work immediately. But for the return of lover spell there is something she calls an incubation period? usually a few weeks for the full spell to take effect. She said no real spell caster can not have an incubation period.
Well guess what. It didn't work. So she said she'd do a recast. That didn't work either. What a shock. Months and months of back and forth. After awhile she said it wasn't going to work. I asked for a refund for all my spells because she did nothing for me but take my money and waste my time. I never got an answer or a refund and she can feel free to argue this with me all she likes.
I never got a dime back or any results. So much for her promise of a money back gaurentee. She's a fraud. Do not give this woman money. Because you will never see it again. She owes me a few hundred dollars and I know I'll never get my refund. But if this saves one person from making the mistake I did, it's worth it. I have the emails if she'd like to rebutt this one.

Customer "Laurie" agreed to the posted Satisfaction Policy when she ordered. This is clearly stated in simple English that there are no money-back refunds for spells and readings. However this policy is more GENEROUS than most psychic sites, as it offered her a full exchange for any other spells I offer. Instead, the customer demanded a "promised" refund (in 13 years we have never promised anyone a refund, and have always displayed the Policy prominently on every item description on all items that we sell!)
Additionally, the report by Laurie of a spell that is supposed to be working immediately is not accurate, as ALL REAL SPELLS have a 30-60 day incubation period. Again, this is clearly stated on the spell description pages which should be read before ordering.
In 13 years with over 11,000 customers, we have only had a handful of problem customers who refuse to follow policies and make demands. She was one of them. In fairness to all, we stand behind the Policy because we believe it to be FAIR.
